The staff is always super helpful and made sure to take care of any questions that we had. The new location in combination with the shoe company aspect has changed what is offered in the store a little bit away from the straight running store aspect but there is no issue with that. The lines are always long now, there is never enough staff, they are trying but particularly in a hurry. It was so much faster with the kiosk and rarely a line. The gas station micromanagement with the cones has caused lines all the way to the street almost every day. Everyone was hoping you'd figure it out and put it back where we decided where we wanted to go. People are naturally more efficient and use common sense, your way is slow and wasteful. I recently was in a Sam's in another state and was shocked at the difference, nicer facilities, clean restrooms, no micromanagement of the gas lines and no congestion. The store was nearer, cleaner, more like a Cisco with better presentation. I didn't realize it's just ours that's unkept, messy and unattractive.
