I've been to Dr. Wagner's office twice in the last year after seeing him mentioned in Webmd. I…read moredon't have any major dental problems and was just needing an initial xray and routine cleanings since my old dentist had retired during Covid and I hadn't had a regular checkup in over a couple of years. However, in 2 appointments I never ever saw Dr. Wagner. Was always treated by his dental assistant. On the 2nd appointment, I arrived about 20 minutes early before my 8 AM appointment time. I didn't see Mr. Wagner's Dental Assistant until around 9-9:15AM. Other customers that came in after me were admitted before me to either Dr. Wagner or his assistant(s)? Yes the Dental Assistant and the office clerk apologized, but I've decided to take my business elsewhere. When you go to a Dr. or Dentist, you don't want to feel like you're just a number?

Dr. Reyes explained that her approach is more of a 'nip it in the bud' method rather than wait until it's much worse. The office worked with me and came up with a plan not just for my gums but also for the several teeth that I knew needed work. I had no discomfort during my first deep gum cleaning and treatment.
