When two workers came for the furnace and found water, they cancelled themselves AND THE PLUMBER, refusing to help pump out the water unless I signed a contract for $7-14K in repairs right then. They wasted valuable time knowing that an upcoming severe freeze warning could cause further damage to my home. I immediately scheduled on line to have them come and pump out the water and there was same day availability. They cancelled my service call because I hadn't signed the contract, which they never even sent out. They were greedily trying to upsell me when I was under pressure and cost me valuable time.
