We've been looking for a place to frequent when out on our motorcycles & think we may have finally found it. Reasonable prices-- $50 for 2 people--we ordered a rueben sandwich, a shredded pork sandwich, plus 1 beer each. Definite improvement post-remodel. I swung by here before the remodel a few years ago, tried the cheese poppers and something else, & decided I wouldn't be ordering food here again. Completely remodeled! It use to be a run down, small dive bar but, is now a much larger, new neighborhood hangout! It is not recognizable at all of the old T Birds Roadhouse but, I hope the same regulars give the new place a try because it is still run by the same folks. The outdoor patio is smaller but they have created a large dining area inside that has garage doors and large windows on all sides that open to give that outdoor feel. Service was slow. Owners were there not giving 2 flying effs. One cook, one server/bartender. Food sat out waiting to be given to us cause tje owners kept pulling her away to do other things. Pulled pork sandwiche was dry. Coleslaw was dry, meat had no sauce and was dry with a cold untoased bun. Frys were soggy. Dude was pulling them straight from a bucket of water into the fryer lol. Menu altogether was disappointing and over priced. Didn't even eat but 2 bites, paid and left and stopped at Burger King. What a disappointment and won't be back and wouldn't recommend. read more

This place just oozes cool. I came here at the suggestion of a coworker for a work happy hour, and was immediately pleasantly surprised. It had all of the edge of a traditional biker bar but was beautifully maintained and the cleanliness was top notch. When it comes to a bar you may potentially be eating at this is a must. Even on a weeknight T-Bird Roadhouse was completely packed and everyone knew each other, but didn't make newcomers feel like outsiders. We perched on the patio which is honestly the highlight of this joint, and ordered some drinks. Our server was fantastic and managed our large group incredibly well. Drinks were brought out quickly and our orders were always right. I got Jerry's chicken salad and it was alright, but not worth the price as it was pretty minimal. Other food options looked like better ones here, as my coworkers burgers looked drool-worthy. The shining star of the menu is clearly their fish and chips, and if you are down for something fried I would definitely go that route. Their Irish Nachos were creative and delicious as well, and definitely something to try. All in all I loved this place and would definitely come back. What a waste. This place could be such a great bar! Unfortunately, it's one of those places that's either being run by someone who doesn't give a sh*t or by someone who has no idea what they're doing. I was told the bar is under new ownership, so I'm guessing it's the latter. Either way, I'd be surprised if this place was still in business a year from now. I've been to this bar 4 times and the only good things I can say about it are the drinks are decently priced, they have a great patio and the bathroom is clean. None of those things matter though because the bartenders are terrible, the atmosphere/vibe is utterly depressing and they might be the only place on the planet that found a way to fu*k up nachos. Considering they're called "Trashcan Nachos". I should've known better. I'm not a picky eater and don't expect bars to have excellent food, but my 8 year old niece makes a better plate of nachos. I'm serious. As for the bartenders, the might be some of the worst I've ever seen. Two of them in particular, there's a petite older gentleman with a ho-hum, "my life is miserable" vibe and a younger girl (her name is Jordan, I believe) is undoubtedly the drunkest person in the bar by the end of the night. Also, she might want to use a little more discretion when it comes to her other "activities". It's beyond obvious what's going on when the big white haired guy drops in. Just sayin'! read more

Just spent 2 hours there waiting for wings, when everyone around us got their wings ours never showed up.Not like the place was slammed maybe 15 people in the whole place, I am just baffled tying to figure out why it took 2hours, they did give us what I am thinking were someone else's wings that may have been a mistake but no offer to pay for our wings or a free beer nothing.Still scratching my head at why this happened... This biker bar is great. All the guys and gals who work here are friendly and fun to talk to. They serve food but I never tried the food so I can't say anything about how good or bad it is. From the looks of others eating though I see them enjoying the food so I'm assuming it's good. The beer is cold, great. None of my photos turned out well but next time I go, if I remember, I'll post a photo or two. They have indoor and outdoor seating (bar and tables). A big old truck is decoration. read more

I've been working in the area of the T-Bird and have become a lunch time regular. The food is very good and the staff are very friendly and competent. $1 Taco Tuesdays are a super deal. You get a large, tasty, stuffed taco. The green chili is excellent. Be sure and try some of the garlic hot sauce from the condiment tray. The outside patio is very nice in good weather, but I like to sit at the bar where you can catch sports on the TV, admire the old bikes overhead and chat with the cook and waitresses. They have a decent selection of beers on tap, including a few from the Tommyknocker. Everything a good "dive" bar should be. read more

It would be 5 but I was there tonight and I'm not going to lie the bartender was so incredibly rude to me from the second I walked in. I do not understand, I am a very friendly outgoing and polite person. I tip well and she still was nothing but rude to me the whole time. I have been coming to this bar for a long time and I really enjoy it and the food is so good. So maybe she was having a bad day. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt, but based off of her personality I doubt it. I will be back but next time I'm there I hope either she has a better attitude or you should find a better bartender, especially for friday nights. read more

I loved eating there. They were fun and accommodating when I wanted something unusual. What a great place. I am Pres of Colorado Citizens for Canine Welfare (3CW) - dedicated to ending puppy mills. They sponsored a fundraiser for us 9/16/17 (National Puppy Mill Day). Not JUST a fundraiser, the owners gave us ALL the money generated by food from 3 p.m. on. They paid for a band. Jeff, the manager, worked with Coors and Tommy Knockers to get branded goods for auction . . . This whole place was ALL ABOUT THE HELPING THE DOGS. They more than put their money where their mouth was; they directed so much money to 3CW, they lost hundreds of dollars so 3CW could make over $1100. WOW!!! We stopped in on a rainy weekend night. It's a small, biker bar and had decor to match. One of the off duty workers came back into the bar drunk and then ran back outside with people going after her. We had no idea what was going on but the place is so small it was hard to avoid noticing. Not the greatest place but I'd go back and try out the large deck in nicer weather. read more

They have the best hand cut chips in Denver. Their Winston's Fish with the Jalapeno Ranch Dressing is fantastic. Nice atmosphere as well.

My friends live very close to this bar, and when I am in town I frequent this place. The bartenders are efficient, and make good drinks. Mostly I stick to beer. After arriving in Wheat Ridge, CO to pick up a rental car at Enterprise, we were told us it would be at least 30-45 more minutes. So my friend and I figured we'd grab a bite to eat somewhere in the area.
