All About Roofs in Dothan, AL replaced 2 small metal roofs on my shed and pergoda. They originally…read morecharged me $5,150 but settled for $4,700 CASH, $1,250.00 more than their closest competitor and in the process, they severally damaged my property by hauling a very heavy trailer across soft wet ground leaving 5 to 6 inch deep tire rutts on my lawn and other areas. They did pay me $300 to release their trailer and void any further responsibility for them to make repairs but I was stuck with all the expense and labor to restore what they damaged. I even had to get a friend to pull their trailer out on the road because they didn't know how. Do you think I got a good deal? DO NOT HIRE!!!

All About Roofs is an excellent company. We are an active duty military family. Our tenants called…read moreand said (that after a storm) shingles had blown off the roof. I contacted this roofer (he had worked on our home before) more than a year ago. Thinking the same shingles worked on by him had come off, I reached out to the company to ensure they guaranteed their work. Once he went out to take a look (only a couple days later I might add), it turned out they were "different shingles". However, to my surprise, he said he was going to do the work anyways! To my greater surprise, he did it as a courtesy! It's rare to find a company that cares more about helping someone, than they do about their bottom line. This company goes above and beyond. I originally found this company when we were stationed in Alabama, a couple of years ago, through word-of-mouth. They have a flawless reputation; and my experience proves they're still living up to it. As a military family, we have lived or visited all around the world (Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain, London, and all over the United States). You just don't find that type of business anymore. Well, I'm sure they are out there, but they are rare. This definitely is one of those companies. Excellent work, reasonable prices, polite and professional service, and most importantly they guarantee their work! Well, for that matter, in my case, they fixed what turned out not to even be their work. The work they did for me, a while back, still looks perfect. I would absolutely recommend this company. Furthermore, Jorge would ignore my calls and take weeks to respond to a text message. Two months later he has failed to do anything he said he would, and only provided me with excuses has to why he couldn't do what he said he would. For a company that says they value customer satisfaction I was extremely dissatisfied by his lack of professionalism. Unless you want to waste your time, STAY AWAY!!!!

I had one issue with a seam and leak once we got a good rainfall. I text Adam and it was fixed immediately. I found these guys to be very trustworthy and responsive. My initial review from Google. I called Hathcock Home Services for gutter installation at my home. The quote was fair, the crew was timely and the product is quality. I could not be more satisfied with this contractor. Everyone has their "contractor nightmare" stories and no one likes to deal with the uncertainty. This is hands down the best contractor I have ever hired to do a job. I highly recommend Hathcock Home Services for your home improvement and maintenance needs. We will use them again.

Adam at Hathcock said they could not refund the deposit because they already purchased the materials. This is a standard 6-inch white gutter install. I don't believe their excuse for a minute that this material cannot be used on another job. I told them even a $600 refund would be helpful to me at this time. NO RESPONSE. This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer.
