I looked up the part on line and it costs $200 or more not counting labor would probably been another two or three hundred. So I took the car to Loving Honda and had them to check it out. Turns out there were some hoses stopped up and the mechanic simply cleaned them out and it was good as new. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. It was at least three times lower than I was expecting. HERE'S MY POINT. We live in a society where integrity is almost a thing of the past. Most repair places would most likely have replaced the canister and charged me the full price for the job - and I wouldn't have known any different. But the guys here took care of the problem in a straight-up manner and only charged for what was actually needed, I applaud them for that! Having integrity in your business model can only bring more business and these guys have that! If I lived in east Texas this place would have all my vehicle business, and that's a fact! If I could give zero stars I would. Let me start by saying the buying experience was AMAZING but…read morethat's about as far as it went. I bought a 2025 Nissan Versa SR. I love it and it's been great until I went to Walmart one day and the brakes hit the floor. HUGE safety issue. Then the back brakes make a knocking sound when coming to a stop. I took it to Loving on 9/26 and of course they had issues getting me a loaner but while waiting for that, one of the techs rode with me and HEARD IT! He heard the noise, experienced the emergency brake barely working and documented all of it. We're gonna get it in and get you a loaner. Okay cool, right? WRONG! They gave me a gray 2026 Nissan rogue as a loaner with NO LICENSE PLATES ON IT and of course I got pulled over for that. They called me and told me "we can't get the car to replicate the sound" (remember the tech heard it) but I go up there and get the car to make the sound. Back in the shop it goes. Then I get another loaner with plates on it and 2 weeks go by. Get a call again today 10/28 and the same story. "We can't get the car to replicate the sound". So I say whatever and go up there to get my car and turn the loaner in. They had my car for a month and didn't even do so much as put it on the lift. So of course I'm driving around, brakes knocking, emergency brake barely working and I'm just waiting for the brakes to hit the floor again. Do not even waste your time and money on this place. The service department is the biggest joke I have ever seen and if it weren't for my salesman being so good I would have steered completely clear of ANY dealership owned by Golden Love Inc (loving auto group) and Nissan products all together.

However since then (I've only had the car 3 weeks) I've had to put it in the shop 3 times.Had to get new struts, that's $750, toggle switch $275, the time this dealership helped was the day after I brought it home it needed an intake manifold $870 they paid $400 since they sold it to me messed up, so I had to pay the other $470. Then another $120 for a front end alignment. So unless you want a lemon that you'll have to get me at to have fixed I wouldn't go here. I asked all the questions I should ask as a buyer and feel I was deliberately lied too. I obviously was. I will be making complaints to the OMV.
