This is the second nail to break

This place is God awful. I just moved on the area so I was looking for a convenient nail spot. There's never enough workers. Only 2 or three of them at a time. The younger one can NOT do nails. She can't shape, file. None of that. Sweet though, but no. The old man....don't even go to him for your feet. You know how they're supposed to give you a good massage? Doesn't do that. He doesn't file your toes to shape the nail, he just clips them. He doesn't listen. He can't do nails. I've been make more than two times for them to fix my nails bc every-time I leave my nail breaks. I guess Pat is the only good one but she was rude af on the phone when I told her that she needs to fix my nails again. She tried to tell me that only the old man could fix my nails bc he did them. Sis, idgaf If a dog did them...I don't want to go back to the same person that ruined my nails to fix them.

Done by Pat for only $35 gel nails...every time I go she does a good job!!

Every time I go I only have Pat do my nails! My first visit she did a great job so I've been at her desk ever since!!!

Notice how its not nearly time for a fill-in. And FYI i dont do much with my hands because of bed rest.

Horrible customer service - don't waste your time and money. The technicians do not do a good job or care at all.

And I had to pay $10 for her to fix her bad job and they blamed my nail because "it's my real nail" then why am I getting acrylic because that is supposed to keep them from breaking so easy. At my usual place I can go a couple of years before a nail breaks. It's on the west coast or I would just go there. 3 strikes you're out Tracy Nails!!!

The prices increase faster than inflation. The customer service is truly nonexistent. The work quality is beyond subpar. Every time before I go I think to myself "you've been going here for years maybe they're just going through a tough spell". NO! My cousin (from out of town) and I went today and I was so embarrassed. The two technicians doing our pedicures had their own private conversation the entire duration...extremely unprofessional and slowed them down. We got the same pedicure and polish yet her price differed from mine (overcharged her by $15). My gel fill took forever and the lady tried to take someone else in between servicing me. After 10mins, I had to ask her who was doing my fill and she then said she was and to wait 5 more minutes. So, I waited a total of 15mins between services for the same person with no apologies for my inconvenience. My nails were rushed and awfully done. There is nothing self care about this place rather, take your money, perform poorly, and tolerate offensive customer service while paying more than you did just two weeks prior. I sadly can no longer recommend this business.

** PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: PLEASE READ ** If you're…read morelooking to get your nails done, **DO NOT go to TTC Nails at 715 Cady Dr, Fort Washington, MD 20744.** Yesterday, while getting a pedicure, the older man in the back offered my son a piece of cake. He then called him back over, touched his private area, and said, "Big, big..." He spoke in his own language, and the other employees--who were his family--started laughing. I was in shock. I froze for a second. I was near the end of my pedicure, right before the polish. The technician asked me what color I wanted, and I told her I didn't want any--I just wanted to get up. I immediately asked my son if the man touched his private area. He said yes. I grabbed my son's hand and walked over to the man to explain that what he did was wrong. "Now he's acting as if he doesn't understand enlish", so I tried to explain to his wife instead. She just casually said, "Okay." I stayed to let my daughter finish her nails, since she was already halfway through. While sitting with my son, another employee--his daughter--laughed and said, "Oh, my father scared you. I'm sorry." I told her, "No. Your father touched my son inappropriately. That's not okay." She replied, "It's okay. He's from Vietnam." I explained that regardless of where he's from, what he did is unacceptable. Someone else might not have reacted as calmly. When it came time to pay, she told me the full price. I told her I would only pay for half of my pedicure because I didn't complete the service. She claimed it was because I didn't want polish. I corrected her: I didn't get polish because **your father touched my child** and I had to stop the service. She continued to brush it off, saying, "He's old. His mind isn't good." I told her that if his mental state is that bad, he shouldn't be around children--or people at all--if he's a safety risk. Again, her response was casual: just an "I'm sorry" with no sense of urgency or concern. I paid for part of the services, left, and called the police to file a report. **Please protect your children and stay away from this place. The lack of concern and accountability from the staff is alarming.**

After pointing out some things, my gel finger nails turned out better than expected. I saw them take tools out of the sterilizer and there was a liner in the foot spa. I called and made an appointment at 11am for 2. They told me that's when they opened. When we arrived at 11, there were already 2 other customers being worked on. There was only 1 technician available despite our appointments so they started on me before my friend. The hot rocks they used were so hot that my friend's legs were burned and the technician even showed that her hands were burned too (before she even put them on us!) It wasn't until later that I noticed my toes were done unevenly and not smoothly (see picture). The pedicure was $30. While my technician took time on my nails, I still had to point out where it was sheer or where the gel was sharp before she fixed it. It was $35 for gel polish. In the end the gel turned out nice. However, the worst part was after the service. The male technician was free at this point and decided to contact his cell phone service on speaker phone. We listened to the entire interaction. We also realized there was no music playing and they seated us so far apart that we couldn't talk much. Overall, I guess we got what we paid for?
