I'm sure he's going to come on here and make some kind of excuse to make it look like my fault just like he did the other unhappy customer on here but that's okay, cause the good Lord and I know just exactly what happened. Paul came to my home and gave me an estimate that I was VERY happy with and scheduled me for this morning at 9AM. I WAS SO excited because I've been waiting for a LONG time to have the walnut tree in the back-yard cut down and the maple tree in the front-yard cut down. He wasn't here by the scheduled time so I waited about 45 minutes and called him. He says to me, I didn't write your number down (that was a lie, he asked for it when I called him the very first time) or I would have called you at 10:30 last night when my wife announced to me that she had made an appointment to take our dog to doggie college...WTH!?!? Tell your wife you have a scheduled appointment and have her reschedule THAT appointment or take the dog HERSELF!!! He said he was in the bathroom and as soon as he finished, he'd call me back. It is almost 7PM and I STILL haven't heard a thing from him. I have called him at least 1/2 dozen times today simply asking him to call me back and say yes, I will cut your trees down as discussed or no, I won't cut your trees down as discussed.....is that too much to ask for?!?! I wouldn't suggest using American Tree, LLC.....maybe he'll show up or maybe he'll have to take Fido to doggie college.
