They said bring it in and we'll have a look. They worked from late morning until 7 PM the first night in order to fix an oil cooling tube! They had to send away for the part and then made the aftermarket metal part fit the former rubber tube. The team did their very best to get it back together for us so my wife and I could continue our journey the next day. Absolutely top-notch service from Dan and Sam. Highly, highly recommended. They have a five star rating and we will add to that from our experience! Very reasonable prices, too!

I would recommend Gus Automotive. Close to the interstate…read moreexit of Stuart. If you run into an issue you can get right over there. Our adventure consisted of a wobble in a tire. Not just any vibration in any vehicle but one in an older RV. Going down the interstate the vibration got worse. We pulled off in Stuart and went right over to Gus Automotive. They came right out, walked around our RV and agreed right away that we had a bad tire. Although they did not have the tire on hand, they let us stay in their parking lot and use their tool so we could get our spare on. We were in a really good position to be able to purchase the tire from them and pick it up at a later time. They were able to get the new tire and balance and get it all ready for us at our convenience. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and we were glad that this was the place we changed a tire and not on the interstate.

The people here are hard working and care about their customers. The reason I bought from here is because my Mom and Uncle have used them for years. But since 2014, myself and my family have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Two Sonics and one Buick. This dealership is not close to where we live, and it's sad because they would make a killing in Omaha, by the way they are so upright, the prices are right in front of you, and there is nothing hidden. So that person who posted the prices are wrong, are simply wrong. Their website is out there, open and that is how we bought each of our vehicles. Now, my guess is maybe locals who don't get it need to know this. In the scheme of dealerships being ripoffs on fixing things...ha! This dealership is one of the fairest for mechanic fix it's by a dealership that you can get. There is not enough people telling you how fair and kind, and caring this company is, but I assure you, between the goofy reasons people have given bad reviews, is hundreds or thousands more who are very happy with this place. And I assure you, look elsewhere because you will figure it out very quickly and be back here if you need them. To Gus. Thank you for all you did and still do. Will be buying another one in about 3 years. Thank you!
