As he pulled in the door came down on my car and did some pretty serious damage to the roof and trunk. Their body shop was pretty backed up. They said they were 90 days out. They agreed to just buy my car outright for pretty close to retail. ( who knows what that number is in todays car market? ) Unfortunate but things happen. I was pleased with the way they handled the situation. The whole mishap was resolved in a week. I was able to replace the car with a new Lexus via a cash purchase from another dealer over the phone without the hassle of negotiating a trade. Thanks Kevin, this could have turned out much worse for me.

A Strate pipe was installed with out my permission oh and my trans is leaking . the going rate for this work is $350on a rear wheel drive . his shop hours totaled $1700 that I would not pay .we came to an agreement of $425 that I payed . I park the vehicle on my new concrete pad and notice oil stain . when I looked to see that the trans is leaking and a strate pipe was Welded in place of my CAT. I was there when it was up on the lift and the CAT was there . Now he is claiming that there was no CAT and I had the work done ElseWare. They are thiefs

They were not able to get me in the same day, as expected, and got me scheduled 4 days out. I was stuck in town and frustrated when I was called about a cancelation the next day. They got me in and fixed up the same day, the day after I set my appointment, and 3 days ahead of schedule.
