A couple of things to note: *They do not bake on site. *Their cakes/cheesecakes/cookies/jello/etc. are brought from their Tucson locations daily. So if you want a specific flavor, I suggest you call it in and order it a couple days in advance as they only have a certain variety on display in-store. Now onto all things cake...their cake is amazing! Some of the most moist cake I have ever had (try & say "most moist 5 times fast, LOL!). I can't begin to tell you all the flavors I have had from there. Not one has disappointed. Mazapan (crushed candy made of crushed peanuts & sugar....taste like peanut butter) is my absolute favorite! They also sell specific flavors by the slice every day (varies daily). They're only $2.50 per slice and also BOGOF. Bonus! $2.50 for two large slices of cake? I'm in! So they always have a good dozen different cakes for you to pick up on any given day as well as cookies or brownies and paper plates, utensils & candles. Any special order must be called in. It's great to see such a successful Mexican bakery make it's way over to the states. Nogales doesn't have very many bakeries and the few we do have don't offer cakes like Suspiros.
