So. Insanely. Good. We've been here a few times because we don't live far from Bisbee and it's a fun day trip. Every time we've gotten something from Patisserie Jacques and loved it. We've tried tons of their pastries- you really can't go wrong. Today I got the lemon berry tart and it was excellent. You order through a quick little walk-up window and there is outdoor seating on a patio to the side of the shop. Lovely place to sit and enjoy your treats when the weather is nice in Bisbee. Service was good. You don't want to miss this place when you come to bisbee- it's worth the price!

Believe the hype! So good, had a margarita croissant and some desserts. Perfection! Stop by here while in town! Don't miss it!

What's not to love here? The walk up window with the pastries and other delectable goodies perched on either side behind the windows is the perfect parisian perch in thr heart of Bisbee. There is nothing I cant recommend on the menu- from cookies to cakes, croissants to macarons and more- everything is stunning and equally as tasty. The seating area is adorable with touches of pink and iron - again making you feel like your in the center of paris not a mining town in Southern Arizona. A must visit- be sure to stop in early as things going quickly!

This is a nice stop for pastries in Bisbee and it is located up towards the top of the hill. It has a bright pink walk-up window to order from and the customer service was friendly. You may have to wait a few minutes to order as they tend to have a small line, especially on the weekends. There is no indoor seating and they only have a very small outdoor patio seating area with about three to four tables. They sell a variety of sweet or savory croissants, tarts, cheesecake, brownies, cakes, and coffee. I tried the almond croissant which was good and my partner tried the breakfast croissant, which he wished would have been served warm. Lastly, prices seemed a bit on the high end with two pastries costing over $18 and they did not display the price on the items in the window.

    Eclair, sooo good!

We tried the lemon bar this time and it was good but way too sweet! On the other hand the Eclair was fantastic! Service was great and the ambiance is on point.

Passion Fruit mini cheesecake $7.50 (10/2025)

After the boy and I finished the Bisbee 1000 on this gorgeous October morning I was finally in town early enough to have my pick of anything from Patisserie Jacqui's bountiful display cases. At 10:45 am there were about 15 people in line. Twenty minutes later I had ordered three, top recommendations from the cheery cashier: a protein-filled Breakfast Machine croissant ($10); a flaky sweet Morning Bun croissant ($6); and a Passion Fruit GF mini cheesecake ($7.50). See pics of each and also one with all together for size perspective. All were deeelicious! My only lament was that the savory croissants aren't offered warmed. Immediately beside the store's front there's a little side porch with 4 small tables, each with 3 chairs. Note, when we passed by at 1:45p there were only 2 people in line but the display cases were also noticeably pillaged with maybe 70% of the contents gone.

Small storefront. Lots of bakery goodness inside.

Me and my taste buds feel vindicated about my effusive praise of Patisserie Jacqui because it's now a 2025 James Beard semi finalist for Outstanding Bakery. This place deserves the accolades! https://www.jamesbeard.org/blog/the-2025-james-beard-award-semifinalists

Passionfruit Tart: D-licious lil flavor bomb so D-vine Perfect sweetness, almond shortbread shell. Jan 2025 $4.95 +10.1% tax! Ouch 50c
    Louise B.

Passionfruit Tart: This D-licious lil flavor bomb is just D-vine, & still weighing on my mind! The Passionfruit glaze, not normally my flavor jam, ,is so intense with just the right amount of sweetness before you get to the dreamy custardy cream center, contained in a buttery almond shortbread shell finishes a perfect bite, topped by a coconut crisp and puff of cream? likely much fancier ingredient/s, apologies in advance. Nevertheless itsa $4.95 kiss that you'll not forget! Tax is 10.1% steep here, so 50c for that, and then oddly a 54c tip that appeared on my text receipt that I don't recall...maybe the Magic dust charge? hmm so watch your bill creep as an Almond Croissant is $6.95. Save up to savor! Do wish dessert palaces like this and generally were offered with sugar alternative or lite versions (coconut, stevia, allulose) for those of us that have to watch for health/diabetes/diet. Sigh, a lower sugar month could happen one day, Dry Jan is a (good) thing now, and bringing innovative and delicious NA bevs about! Fingers crossed. Also wish we were closer to taste the whole menu! Almond Croissant, Pumpkin Bar, Matcha Tart, Passionfruit Cheesecake are on the short list! Maybe open a 2nd or just send some to Tucson?! Plz!! Hard to miss the charming blink pink building with a sunny courtyard to dine on Main St. An elevated serving window is so European (like the wine windows in alleyways, Italy) with pastry cases on full display either side. A very helpful and joyful lady appears, channelling Dorothy, clicking glittery ruby shoes to produce you magic, packed in a brown box to take you away to the land of royalty in a bite. Now a newly annointed PJ cult member, seems there's plenty company as Jan 2025 **James Beard Award Finalist** Yee Haw, hitch a ride out here and join the wagon!!

Loved the hot pink vibe and the many options. They sell out fast and the eclair I wanted was scooped up by the couple in front of me. Took a bunch of treats home and it's all yummy. Will be back!

OKAY SO we were in town all week and planned to leave early Thursday. We were deeply saddened to miss Patisserie Jacqui so we literally extended our stay by a half day to be able to visit on a Thursday. Went around noon and had a great selection to choose from. We got a chocolate and an almond croissant because we couldn't decide between the two so opted for both (because why not?!). Went to the museum and coffee shop, tried the croissants and HOLY ALMOND MOLE this has got to literally be the best almond croissant I've ever had. It's sliced in half and stuffed with almond paste. It's sweet but not sickeningly. It's heavy but not dense. How perfect. We left the coffee shop a few minutes after they closed at 2pm and went back to the Patisserie to grab a few more almond croissants for our friends back home and they were COMPLETELY SOLD OUT. OF EVERYTHING. My advice to you: go early and buy everything!

You'll know when you come across this place, because there is always a huge crowd looking at the delicious looking pastries in the window. Patisserie Jacqui is a small but popular dessert shop that will drain your wallet; I ordered three different things from them and I still thought I was missing out! I tried their classic eclair, pumpkin bar, & blue velvet tart. I can't pick which one was best; they were all amazing in different ways. I guess the tart was the one I was more skeptical of, but gosh, that all erased after my first bite. There's an area next to the shop where you can sit down & eat, but I ordered mines to go. I couldn't let people watch my face soar into nirvana. But my point remains that this is the spot to grab some fresh sweets. If you're on a diet, you need to run away as soon as you get a whiff of their desserts, otherwise you're done for.

Believe the hype!! It's not every day you find a bakery that's baking authentic French baked goods! You can't miss this bakery, it's decorated in a pretty pink motif with little poodles. It's a walk-up & order window. Lines definitely form, so get there early for best selection. We opted for their almond croissant and butter croissant, with two coffees. I asked if they could sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top of my black coffee, and they were happy to do so. There's patio seating with some heaters, but if it's cold out, you'll want to be bundled up. Service was friendly. First bite out of my almond croissant had me saying out loud, "Oh, my goodness!!" This croissant is DEFINITELY one of the BEST I've ever eaten! Worth every single calorie!! Later, hubby grabbed one of their peanut butter and chocolate rice krispy bar and it was also delicious! This is a must stop! Only bad thing for us were their hours; really wish they opened earlier for us early birds!

    Pistachio raspberry tart.
    Jani M.

Get here early and come often cause every time I've ever been, the menu has been different. Plus things go quickly. Today I got a pistachio raspberry tart. It's the perfect size for a little after brunch snack. The staff is so friendly and quick. This is an outside area so it can be a little loud with either vehicles driving by or you get the sound of birds. Either way, it's a very relaxing spot.

It was good but super expensive. Every pastry is $5-$6 so I only got 2 and like I said they were good.

The lady there suggested trying out the spicy chick pea coconut / w turmeric soup, she said it's the last bowl and I went for it. Out of world deliciousness packed in a bowl. We then tried the veggie/ vegan hummus cold sandwich and ordered a grilled focaccia vegetarian sandwich. It was all delicious and we then ended up ordering a carry out of the same Focaccia order except customized it with adding spicy peppers/ lemon garlic feta as well. They nailed it and it was finger licking delicious. Won't miss ever to visit this place when we come back to bisbee The prices are very normal and the service is amazing. We stumbled upon this place which is a bit further walk than the main part of town. If you head away from the main part (walk up the hill on the main street) you will see it on the right. It seemed to have better (earlier hours) than the other places in town. The sandwiches were surprisingly good. My wife had the Tuna Salad on Mixed Greens ($11.95) and was quite happy with it. I had one of their sandwich specials, which was the turkey, brie, gruyere, and bacon (with a mayo called "prickly pear jalapeno mayo) on excellent grilled focaccia bread. In fact, it was my favorite sandwich of the trip. We ate outside on the patio, which was nice. Although you order at the counter, they bring your food to your table (it was a bit slow) and you bus your table too.
