In fact, I had horrible stage fright. But, through the nourishment of this culturally rich program, I am able to travel and have meaningful and gratifying exchanges with people from all walks of life. Even at work, I am able to conduct meetings in front of large groups and to work as a liaison for my company. I would have never even applied for the position, if I had not acquired the self-confidence from this platform. It's hard to put into words what the program has done for my life. The instructor is just beautiful and her teaching style is unparalleled.

They use free-form dancing as a vehicle for helping us to become more present, more "in our bodies", more aware of what's going on inside and outside of ourselves. Donna is excellent at breaking down every step and helping dancers refine down to the tiny details while expanding their breadth and repertoire. She helps them develop self-assessment and group critique skills so they become a positive community of dancers, building connections and trust. They're also learning good audition skills and mindsets along the way. It's definitely challenging but she helps them improve week by week. Lastly, the musical selections are wonderful for theater kids to build their exposure and knowledge of many genres. Our kids started with Broadway Dance and have added Ballet and will now continue in both!
