The applications that were to be installed were replaced by links to their website application counterparts. (They told me that this company was having problems...which it was NOT!The hinge on the computer screen was broken upon return, Windows Updates were never run, items that were claimed to been backed up were not and no backup files were found. I paid an additional $80.00 service fee to have my new wireless printer set up. They couldn't make it work twice and I asked for my $80.00 returned and they refused. This wireless connection just stumped them and my guy fixed it within 5 minutes. They told me my computer speakers were broken and there was NOTHING wrong until they entered my computer. They were fixed by my new computer guy who only had to get the computer fixed and then my speakers were suddenly back to normal. Avoid this company. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
