I have been requesting a technician for more than a few weeks to visit our community to help resolve our numerous continuous issues that our tenants have had with this tv provider. They keep wanting me to call so they can tell me what is wrong with my 30+ units tvs so that I can fix them myself. No tech service seems to be available. He states that I need to call him so he can tell me what is wrong and what I need to do myself at the location to repair the 30+ tv's channel listings.
