Not sure how this guy is still in business. One of my properties has a dish. The storms knocked his line down and made the road impassable. A good Samaritan taped it up out of the way in the meantime. I called Satellite Central and he first says is there service? I said I don't believe so but your line needs braced back up. Since there's no service, do whatever you want with it. I said so you want me to cut it? And he says I don't care. I told him if I cut it, the remainder will continue to hang in the street. He said he doesn't care, it's not his problem and if he has to fix it, he's sending a bill. Very unprofessional! I run a business that houses senior living population. We had been billed twice with the same invoice number, and when we requested a corrected invoice, Satellite Central disconnected our services for an entire weekend because he "didn't like the way our accountant spoke to him". I have been requesting a technician for more than a few weeks to visit our community to help resolve our numerous continuous issues that our tenants have had with this tv provider. They keep wanting me to call so they can tell me what is wrong with my 30+ units tvs so that I can fix them myself. No tech service seems to be available. He states that I need to call him so he can tell me what is wrong and what I need to do myself at the location to repair the 30+ tv's channel listings. I am appalled by the customer service I just experienced on the phone with this company. I believe it was the owner I spoke with - he was rude, condescending and demeaning. It was unbelievably unprofessional. read more

They offered an upgrade of receivers... Tech never showed... I have been waiting for 5 + hours and on the phone with them for 31 mins and no one has a clue how to fix this Cant get a Supervisor on the phone. Amazing service and staff! They have always gone above and beyond to take care of any issues I have. Being able to get help locally and not having to call into a 800 number is a great plus!! Would highly recommend Satellite Central to anyone looking for tv or internet service. read more

These guys are crooks! Have them come install service and they don't finish! Had to call directv and they wanted a $99 service call fee to finish what these crooks didn't... Avoid the hassle and go through the 1-800 direct line for directv or dish network....... read more

This place operates very unprofessionally. I've never felt so disrespected over the phone than I have when I called satellite central. The guy I talked to treated me like I was a complete idiot. I was calling to ask about a satellite removal for a dish that I didn't want or own it was left on by the previous owners but if the dish company had previously been to the house to disconnect the wires why didn't they take that eye sore with them? I understand the service charge but $50 to unscrew 6 screws it took me literally 5 mins to remove. Now I'm stuck with this stupid receiver in my driveway and I don't know what to do with it. I would call back and see if they'd take it but I don't ever want to deal with satellite central ever again! If they treat potential customers like that I can only imagine how they treat people they lock into a contract through dish. If I was you I'd avoid the hassle of dealing with them and I'll deal with either cableone or direct tv for my tv provider! read more
