Mandy said they could not deliver to the town/funeral home where the flowers were needed for TODAY. What in the world is wrong with their system that the website didn't tell me that when I ordered the flowers? She said the system couldn't do that. What? When I order a pizza - or anything online - it asks for my zip code and lets me know if the item can be delivered or not. HORRIBLE!!!

My cousin lives in Sioux City, but I live in St. Louis, Missouri. I love to send flowers to my…read morecousin because she is the dearest and kindest person I know and I like to make her happy. I started ordering flowers by phone from Barbara's a few years ago: for her birthday, or Christmas, or just because. Barbara's has always assisted me in choosing flowers and arrangements, even suggesting colors. I have never been disappointed. This florist takes her time assisting customers. I appreciate that very much because good customer service is becoming a thing of the past, especially in the big metropolitan area where I live. My cousin takes a photo of her flowers every time she gets some and sends me that photo. She is thrilled to receive the beautiful flowers this florist provides. And, I am always impressed with the lovely arrangement. Other people who see her floral arrangements always comment how beautiful they are. A few days ago, I purchased a dozen yellow roses for my cousin from Barbara's. They were glorious! The artistry of this florist shows in the time they take to make any arrangement look spectacular. The yellow roses exceeded my expectation, and they made my cousin's day a beautiful one. Her son even called me to thank me for sending her the gorgeous roses. Thank you, the florists of Barbara's. Your talent and your caring gave a wonderful day to my cousin - and made her son and me happy, too. I can't thank you enough. Janice Palesch

Not only…read moredid the proprietor, Dave, put a beautiful arrangement together on very short notice, the pricing was very affordable ... hate to say it, but that is a consideration when one is facing the expense of a funeral. I will be back to Petal Pusher Too for happier occasions in the future.

The Flower Cart has been a small, locally-owned flower & gift store on South Sioux City's main road…read more(Dakota Avenue) for decades. The woman who owns it is insanely nice and absolutely gracious to the community. I've never seen/heard anything negative about her. The place is small, cute, and totally underrated. (My opinion of course, but that's what reviews are for!) One of my favorite parts is looking into her store front. She ALWAYS has the window decorated for current holidays and such. She does stuff for the local high school's homecoming week, Husker football, and the county fair. She'll do season-themed displays and inside has some really cute gift ideas. She doesn't have a bathroom available to the public, but does have a cute little 'kid area' for the littles to play in while parents shop and order flowers. She does wedding, funeral, Homecoming/prom, and delivery orders. I can't say she's the cheapest around, but she always does a great job. I've had every corsage made by her and now will only do flower arrangements through her. (Not much else for option in our town anyways, besides HyVee and one crap-tactic flower shop near that HyVee.) Only street parking. They'll take card/check/cash. They have balloons. Not sure if they gift-wrap. Support local businesses!!!!
