She tracks her patient's progress very closely, and continuously adapts her treatment to fit individual needs. Jilsy did a week-long treatment for me where she saw me twice a day. There are many extended stays hotels in her area (such as the Residence Inn and Extended Stay America) that you can use during treatment if you don't live in the area. Besides being great at what she does, Jilsy is also one of the nicest people I've met! Her clinic has a Zen-like ambience, and I always come out of my sessions feeling physically and mentally rejuvenated. I recommend her without reservation!!

I did not give a fake name. Rebuttal to her response: My name is James Bryan Day. I go by Bryan. It clearly shows on my screenshots that she committed to a 10pm appointment. I even got my kids in bed early at her request of an earlier appointment. She was a no show.. didn't even TEXT the next morning apologizing. I had to reach out to her. Also nowhere in my screenshots does it show I asked for a 1030 appointment. Her hours say 10pm. I have more screenshots showing how unprofessional this lady is also. I'm reporting her to the massage board next. She makes massage therapists look bad.

Nicole was on time, super-sweet and had a great energy about her. She asked several questions to help her customize my session. It was my first massage in over a year due to COVID and I had a lot of tightness and built up tension. I have to say that Nicole gave me one of the best massages I have had in a long while. I feels worlds better after just the one session. Her pressure was perfect and she made the absolute most out of the session. I went here a few months back, every two weeks. There were a few times (before she changed her…read morecancellation policy) that I had to reschedule an appointment I had the following day, I would reschedule it anywhere from 72 hours before to 12 hours before my scheduled massage. She amended the policy saying you had to give 24 hours advance notice (understandably) & a month or so after the policy was changed I had a family emergency & couldn't make it. My daughter had a big seizure & we had to go to the hospital. I texted her as soon as I knew. Mind you, I hadn't had an issue since she updated her policy. The next week I tried to reschedule & it said I had to reach out, so I did. We talked on the phone & she mentioned the times I had to reschedule the times before she made changes to her cancellation policy. I countered with once she changed it there hasn't been a problem until I had an emergency. She proceeded to tell me I need to have child care lined up, moms deserve their time too, her mom had a special needs dependent, I could t use my daughter as an excuse.. just so far out of line. She said I could only come in if someone else cancelled last minute & I could fill in their spot. It isn't possible with 4 kids, I can't drop what I'm doing to go to someone's cancelled appointment.. I wish. The whole convo was wild & out there. I gave a two star instead of one because she is a good at massages.. it actually took me a few months to even speak on this, I was really just trying to reflect before I left a poor review.. Since I can't directly reply, I'll have to update to say you did in fact say something about my children as an excuse & I never did a same morning cancellation, it's not even possible to do on the app. The one time I had no choice I had to call/text you to cancel. I couldn't cancel it otherwise.. I'm glad you feel okay with your choice, I do as well.. you don't have to lie about it. Good luck with your business!
