Tom & Jeremy have been extremely helpful. I can't recommend them enough. They make time for meetings and questions when they come up. They're easily accessible and knowledgable. We are 4 years behind on our taxes in a small business. We had some records, but everything was a mess. They're helping keep me on track and teaching me how to do some of the work to keep costs down. I can't wait to get everything documented accurately so we can begin looking at our history and start to make some strategic decisions! I'm also looking forward to setting up regular bookkeeping systems with them for monthly record keeping and planning. read more

Not often I'd leave a glowing review after a two-email exchange. But Jeremy was amazingly helpful via email right after my initial inquiry, instantly offering on-point advice and unlocking one of the key puzzles I was facing. I may no longer need the consulting I was shopping for since he was so insightful right off the bat. I feel like I should pay him, but I guess I'll settle for leaving this review. ;) (For some reason, I had been laboring under the notion that we had to make our business data as complete as possible within our accounting system-- but he helped me see that we should embrace using our main SaaS to track more complex data, and to produce adjusting entries as needed for financial analysis. About a million pounds off my shoulders! Digital ecosystem FTW!) read more

System 6 is like a secret (business) weapon you don't want to leave home without. The insight and knowledge Jeremy and Team have to share is something you'll wonder how you did without prior to engaging them. Working with many different businesses over a period of time gives them an outside view/35,000 foot look at what you're doing that isn't possible from the inside out. For so many years I used a tax-based CPA firm for bookkeeping services, and had I only switched to System 6 sooner, I am sure my business outcomes would have been SUBSTANTIALLY DIFFERENT. Highest recommendations here (10 stars?!!) - HIGHEST with the System 6 Team!!!! read more

I wanted to update my review now that we have been working with System Six for a over 4 months. I have been very happy with their business. They have revamped our whole accounting system into practices that are accurate and dependable. In addition they have been working with me to be creative with how we manage our books. The best part about working with SystemSix is that they are constantly staying ahead of the times in technology. I just recently had a baby and want to be able to work from home as much as possible. They have made it so I don't need to go into the office to look over our books, we have phone appts. in my home and I am able to view our books via cloud technology. I love that I am able to do my job well, on the go, in my home and spend as little time as possible in the office. A lot of my job revolves around being with people, System Six has helped to lighten my load of detail work so I can actually do my job rather than sitting in front of a computer trying to make sense of budgets and numbers. Who knew having someone do your books in a different state would be so successful! read more

Incredible. I never knew that running a business could be so little stress until I met the fine people at System Six. Not only do they do an incredible (and I mean incredible) job, I feel like they are part of my company, and are right there with me. Seriously. Worth every penny. Plus I get to send them cat pics. [EDIT] Everybody please send them cat pics for all of your correspondence. I want to see what happens. They're cool. They can take it. read more

This company is simply fantastic! Flexible, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. I worked with Jeremy and Issac closely for a couple of weeks to develop a cash forecasting tool that ties into our current accounting database which significantly improves the speed and accuracy of our forecasting process. Their skill as business analysts helped us to create a customized tool that fits our current and growing needs as a consulting company. I highly recommend this company for any small to mid-sized businesses looking to advance their business processes. 100% customer satisfaction. read more

I run a small online business and started using System Six for our bookkeeping about a month ago. We don't have a lot bills and so I didn't think we needed to outsource our bookkeeping - I figured we would be fine by doing it in-house. I somewhat skeptically went with System Six, but have been incredibly glad we did so. Other reviews have mentioned the consistency, accuracy and so on of System Six which is true and useful, but for our company the real sweet spot is the analysis and strategy behind the bookkeeping. Jeremy and his team have used the numbers to really help identify pain points in our company. For example, our numbers show that we have a high amount of tech support being done by project managers, who are rather expensive to hire. By hiring cheaper dedicated tech support, we can free up our more expensive project managers to do more skilled roles and take on more clients with less labor cost. Sure, we could have hired a CPA to do our books but the strategic bookkeeping and analysis that System Six provided was a gamechanger. read more

System Six has been managing our books for over 3 years now. From day one they have brought a professional approach to managing our finances and interacting with our staff and clients. As a small business owner I see them as a valued member of our team and not just another vendor. If you are looking for a team of people to handle your bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, etc., this your team! Keep up your good work System Six read more

We have worked with one of their senior bookkeepers, Gina for several years and she works miracles for our small business. Her attention to detail and customer service allows us to run a very lean operation. Today she introduced us to a cashflow tool that is simply incredible. I had tears come to my eyes as I was able to see projected cashflow integrated with realtime quickbooks!!! Couldn't recommend them more. read more

I can't begin to describe how thankful I am to have System Six as our strategic bookkeeper. The fine individuals at System Six, from the owner Jeremy to the Director of Accounting and Client Care Gina to my personal bookkeeper Brooks, have literally saved my business from falling into operational ruins. Background: We brought on a freelance contractor to handle our books in 2014, and the job was just too much for this individual. Most of our payroll taxes were filed incorrectly, and there was no easy way for a non-expert to figure out how to solve that mess. Additionally, when we let the bookkeeper go, we had no one left to process payroll and handle invoicing, which put us in a bind with our clients, vendors, and employees. Jeremy met w/ me and described how System Six works with its clients. They are EXPERTS in their field and work to streamline and automate your end-to-end accounting / payroll operations. They take on the entire setup, and effectively act as (very affordable) consultants until your accounting operations are running like a well-oiled machine. Then, they handle all ongoing issues and even have the expertise to answer your questions and take on new issues as they arise. If you're thinking about going the cheap route with a freelancer, all I can tell you is that it is likely to hurt you in the long-term like it did me. I would pay for this expertise without hesitation given the pricing is so fair for the value. read more

System Six and Jeremy are incredible. I had Jeremy and his team review the financials of a business that I was about to purchase. Jeremy was patient and promptly answered all my questions throughout the due diligence phase. He was extremely thorough in the analysis and provided fantastic advice. I highly recommend Jeremy and System Six! read more

I went in today to speak with Jeremy, the owner of System Six in hopes that either he or another member of his team could help me better organize my books. After introducing me to his team we went to his private office to discuss my goals. He started right out by telling me to turn on my laptop, and in no time my problems were being resolved. This, however, seems to be fairly common place for book keeping service. Where System Six really stood out was that as they were resolving my technical issues, Jeremy was also teaching me about the hows and whys of what he was doing, allowing me the time to take notes so as to know better how to do this myself. Furthermore he asked me bigger picture questions about my company and spent a considerable amount of time coaching me in areas where I clearly needed help. I left my meeting with a tidy quickbooks file, a list of notes on 'how to' items for moving forward, and several recommendations on people to talk to and exercises that I should do as homework to get me to the next step in my professional career. The experience was well worth it. I would highly recommend checking them out! read more

I continue to be thrilled with this company. Can't count the ways they have gone above and beyond over the years. Keep up the good work!

This fantastic team has been working almost 2 years worth of book keeping that was piled up, two aging parents with two seperate lives, and my own....so far so fantastic....they are almost done and their customer care is as exceptional as their expertise. Great to see such young, talented entrepreneurs. I am sure I'll plan on sending more their way soon! read more

I struggled trying to find someone to help me with the numbers when I started my business. I went through several people who just didn't understand what I needed and then I found System Six. System Six has been helping me for a few years now. I wanted to do my own bookkeeping but didn't really know how. Jeremy spent hours with me in online meetings where he could watch my computer screen and take over if I needed him to teaching me how to do everything I needed in Quickbooks. He completely set me up with all the correct stuff for my company file and taught me how to do everything I need. Now I only need to call them when I run into an issue and they always get me straightened right out. I call less and less because they have taught me so much over the last few years but someday my business will be successful enough that I can let them take over all the bookkeeping and not have to do it anymore at all! I really don't know how this right brained business owner would ever have made it if it wasn't for their help. They are an invaluable part of my team. read more

Jeremy and his team are wonderful people. I contacted Jeremy over Facebook, and he was willing to refer me to a bunch of people who could help me out with my business needs as I continued to grow. I loved his honesty that his business was not specialized in the area that I was looking for specifically, but was savvy enough about the industry to be able to point me in the right direction. In a highly competitive industry, this honesty was very refreshing. I would give him six stars if I could. read more

When my wife and I took the plunge into Small Business Ownership (Dental Office) in 2011, we knew we needed to align ourselves with some quality professionals to help us focus our attention where necessary and not get caught up in the aspects of the business that were not our strengths. System Six came highly recommended to us, and after our first meeting with Jeremy, we knew we were in good hands. This bookkeeping relationship has paid huge dividends over and over again!.They have helped us in many ways, and freed us up to focus on the business, all the while trusting things taking place on the back-end; things that could potentially bog us down and distract our efforts. Our books are sealed up and ready to go for our accountant, which makes things much easier on us all! Whenever we needed some extra attention to business matters, they have been available, willing and also very insightful to help us process any challenges or opportunities we have confronted. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others, in a relationship where trust needs to be paramount, we wholeheartedly trust this team to take care of our books! This has been and will continue to be a long-term relationship for us. read more

After two other places didn't get back to me, one had a secretary who didn't want to tell me how much the fee would be but to just make an appointment and find out (*surprise!*), and another told me he wasn't accepting new clients, I had the good fortune to talk with Jeremy from System Six. It is good to know there are people with integrity and a sense of helpfulness out there in the business world! Thumbs up for System Six! read more

At Trakstar, absolutely love System Six. They are attentive to the smallest details around our complex accounting needs. Met with Jeremy, Super awesome guy and very professional services. I highly recommend them. They offer a range of different services for well established businesses in need of full time book keeping services. I was very impressed with the introduction from the owner who is very personable, and really cares about the success of local small businesses. I did not hire Jeremy because I was more in need of a CPA, however when my business reaches the level of need for full time book keeping services, I will hire System Six. As my business is growing, I have interviewed 11 book keepers in the North Seattle area. Of all 11 book keeping services, Jeremy with System Six is by far the most professional service with the most advanced options for various trades and industries. I am very impressed with what they have to offer. I am looking forward to doing business with Jeremy in the next year as my company expands. Thank you Jeremy for offering free tools to help me manage my company and categorize my spendings. Your Awesome!!! read more
