And we only have 8 or so computers on the network, with a robust server (again built to their recommendations) and thousands of dollars worth of upgrades over the last year. I'm no expert, but I just can't believe this is rocket science as most networks I've worked with operate trouble free for months if not years at a time. We are just about at the point of ditching them and starting all over with a new consultant.
