Mediation was an absolute disaster so much the opposing counsel noted what an incompetent team we had. After going through a slow process to qualify, which may be too little too late, you may get to speak with an attorney. That doesn't equal representation. They pay "contract" attorneys to speak with clients. The contract attorney makes money and you don't really have help. Just because someone has a law degree, doesn't mean they know the type of law you need help with, or care. This is like a side job for bad attorneys and don't confuse non-profit with caring. It's so frustrating because they could help. Bridge to Nowhere gets money from the State and other grants, this is what they are supposed to do. This organization has always been kind of useless.
