6 out of 5 stars for me, particularly thanks to Jesse F!…read more I can't thank Jesse enough for fighting for my rights. I had a situation with a smaller company and she did everything in her power to make sure I was taken care of and got justice! My baby boy and I are ever so thankful for the time she dedicated to my case and listened to me when I was at such a low. Outside of handling my situation professionally and providing me with such positive results, her belief in me helped me respect myself so much more which led to greater opportunities down the road. They had a lasting impact on my life; I absolutely recommend working with this team! Thanks again, HKM.

After spending eight agonizing months going back and forth on a wage dispute with my former…read moreemployer, I finally reached out to HKM Employment Attorneys. I was incredibly lucky to have Adam Harrison take over my case. He helped me reach a resolution I am happy with in less than a month - something my previous efforts couldn't achieve in nearly a year. Two major takeaways from my experience: First, legal specialties matter. You wouldn't see a general practitioner for heart surgery; you would see a cardiologist. The same applies here. If you have an employment dispute, finding a dedicated labor law firm is infinitely more effective than a generalist. Second, in highly complex knowledge fields, top-tier talent makes a big difference; Steve Jobs coined this as 10X-100X rules where the best is 10-100X more effective than the average. Adam is the real deal. He is highly professional, efficient, and fought for my case as if it were his own. As a trial-ready lawyer with significant experience, he saw through all the bluffs and came to the negotiating table with execution-ready plans, not just talks. If you are a Colorado state worker and want the best results, go to Adam from the HKM team.

He explained to me my rights and even coached me on what to say to my Landlord and told me if they continue to not provide me reasonable accomodations, he would assist me with a claim. I followed his directions as he walked me through it every step of the way and as a result my Landlord not only decided not to accommodate me but unlawfully forced me out of my apartment as well but Benjamin reneged on the agreement not assisting me on a claim and provided no explanation or anything, just simply stopped responding and leaving me displaced
