I was so embarrassed to be in the situation I was in, but I knew I needed help. From the initial consultation, I immediately knew I was in right hands. Clark and his legal team removed all the stigma of bankruptcy, provided clear and concise council, and gave me the tools I needed to eliminate debts and regain financial stability. Five months later from start to finish, I'm already back on track to rebuilding my credit and I finally feel like I can breathe again. I went for more than 2 years of banging my head trying to get the other party to even talk at the table. After hiring Graham, we were at the negotiating table in less than 3 months. While I had hoped to never need these services, I would recommend Graham to anyone who may be in a similar dispute with an uncooperative, uncommunicative party. The proof is in the results. My claim is 100% settled and it wouldn't be without Graham's attention.

I hired David to draft a premarital agreement and found the experience deeply disappointing and…read moreshockingly unprofessional. From our first conversations, he approached me with a paternalistic, combative tone -- less interested in helping me meet my goals than in enforcing a rigid "process" on his terms. He repeatedly implied I didn't understand what I was asking for, openly criticized me for discussing the agreement with my fiancée, and claimed that no competent attorney would agree to our timeline. That turned out to be completely untrue. Both my fiancée's attorney and the attorney I ultimately hired were not only comfortable with the timeline, but also took a far more collaborative and respectful approach -- encouraging open dialogue about our shared goals. David ultimately quit -- but not before sending a series of passive-aggressive emails and repeatedly undermining my judgment. If you're looking for a lawyer who listens, collaborates, and treats you like an adult, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I am glad to have had Jeff at my side to represent me and guide me through unfamiliar legal territories. I would not have had the confidence to continue or the success of the outcome without him. From my very first phone call with Jeff he was straightforward and honest about the potential outcome, he didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear he explained in detail the laws and what was fair for my children. Jeff also comes with a no BS attitude, he will not let the other side walk all over you or belittle you. Jeff was always available to take my questions no matter how small. My situation exploded into much more than a basic custody case and Jeff was there through it all and made sure my children's safety was the top priority. There could never be enough amazing words to describe Jeff. I would have never made it through this tough process without him and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is seeking someone who sees you and your situation and not just the outcome of your case or the money. Thank you Jeff!!

This came as a pleasant surprise as I had been in an intense custody battle for the last year. I set up a consult with them ASAP! I would not like them to represent me even free of charge. I find their practices to be predatory. Leave it to slime ball lawyers to say what they want with no obligation to fulfil. Pete was able to write a letter of demand and contact the opposing counsel with very quick resolution to a complicated problem. He was very professional and articulate. And more importantly he was diplomatically aggressive with the opposing attorney which set a firm boundary but also clearly established a positive report of respect. Peter earned my trust and respect did it very fairly. Subsequent to this experience, I recently entrusted Mr. Simon with another more sensitive issue involving child support and visitation agreements with my ex. He was able to negotiate a very reasonable compromise where I feel like everyone is a winner and my child is not placed in a situation where his parents are at odds as a result of unnecessary conflict. It is for this reason that I wanted to write a positive review for a great attorney and someone I now consider a friend. I hope I won't need any more legal help, but if I do I will be going to see this magnificent attorney and person. I recommend him highly and without reservation!
