Graham Fuller was representing me on a legel matter with my ex business partner. Mr. Fuller wants to always negotiate with the other side! The problem with that is he makes terrible agreements. I was in the hospital getting surgery on my neck after a car accident. Unfortunately for me I had a bad reaction to the anesthesia that was given me for my surgery. At the time Mr. Fuller had on going negotiations with my ex business partners attorney. My doctor wrote a letter to Mr. Fuller to make him aware that I should not make any legel decisions or sign any legel papers because of my loss of memory and ongoing brain issues. So the other sides attorney finds out I am hurt and mentally not capable of making good decisions because of loss of memory and strong pain and depression medicine due to the surgery because of the car accident I was in. Mr. Fuller makes a deal with the other sides attorney which includes a clause called preponderance of the evidence, and then calls my father and tells him that I have a to sign this agreement ASAP or we will have to go to court. Now keep in mind Mr. Fuller has a letter in his hand by my doctor warning him I am not capable of making business or legel decision's, so what does Mr. Fuller do, he has me sign the legel agreement. This is probably the worst legel agreement you could ever have a client agree to. Too date this legel agreement has cost me tens of thousands of dollars. I have asked my other attorneys why Mr. Fuller would agree to such a thing, and their answer is it was the easy way out !And my other attorneys said Mr. Fuller should have never had me sign anything considering my condition at the time and should have petitioned the court for more time which most likely would have been granted considering the circumstance's with my medical issues. If the correct thing would have been done we would not be in this position today. I would have never signed that agreement, and what is even worse, I don't even remember signing this horrifically bad legel agreement at all. So at the end of the day if you want to hire an attorney that has your best interest in mind and will give you good sound legel advice, and not send you down the path of despair, Mr. Fuller is not the guy you want to hire! read more
