Look no further this is the realtor company you're looking for…read more Craig Buehler was our realtor when we recently bought our first home and we couldn't be happier. Craig is exactly the no-nonsense realtor you want especially in a market like today. He was very fast to respond and practically got us a viewing of every house we wanted to see as soon as possible. For example, we sent Craig a text early in the morning when we saw a house pop up on the market, he asked us if we wanted to go see the house right then and we did. We put in an offer that afternoon and had it accepted that evening. Just when we thought we were going to be looking at houses forever and felt like we just couldn't compete in this market, Craig got us a house only a few weeks in and 5-6 houses into our hunt. He made house hunting in this dreadful market pain free. He knows how to be competitive while still making sure you are comfortable with getting exactly what you want. He knows what he is doing and is clearly one of hardest working realtors around. Long story short he just gets the job done! I sincerely think he is the best of the best in central Ohio and it's a easy decision in my opinion to go with him and his company.

Since I didn't know what I was doing, I often asked Craig for his advice and I felt comfortable taking it. I felt that he was steering me in the right direction. The team was constantly keeping me updated on where we were at in the process. They stayed in touch with my lender so that I didn't have to be the middleman between them which was greatly appreciated. The Powell Buehler group has been amazing to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

What I really liked is that she took the time to explain how she evaluated it and arrived to that asking price, so I felt comfortable and understood the pricing. She gave me the pros and cons of different decisions I needed to make and really helped me understand everything so that I know I made the best choices in selling my home (for example, best time to list, etc.) Maggie was a strong negotiator and got above asking price for our home. In fact we had two offers the same day we listed it! Maggie has excellent communication skills and responded to my emails and phone calls very quickly. I appreciated that she understood that my personality is a "worry-wort" and she was very patient with me and answered my hundreds of questions, and held my hand through the process. I had interviewed several agents, and I am confident I made the right choice when I asked Maggie to sell my home. I know that I was in capable hands with her. My experience was 5 Stars and I would highly recommend her.

We were moving cross country from Denver to Columbus, OH, and purchased a home that we wanted the…read morehardwood floors stained to a darker color for the main floor, as well as remove the carpet for the stairs & 2nd floor hallway to put in matching hardwood. Our realtor helped find Val, & we are so happy he did. Val was very good on being a strong communicator from the beginning. He's the kind of contractor who walks a client through fully understanding the project, by patiently providing an education that we definitely needed. He would offer recommendations when needed, which was helpful as we were finalizing decisions. Something that got complicated was having our painting contractors overlap in timing with the flooring, in order for everything to be completed by the time we moved in. The painting team was inflexible in working with the proper sequence to ensure high quality work could take place. Val dealt with the conflict management in a very calm way and with supreme character and patience. He also was very protective of our home, & openly communicated about issues he was seeing from their end. This created immense trust, especially considering how vulnerable it felt to be in the middle of a move. Finally, Val was able to pivot with our project as we learned that water damage from the upstairs bathroom was taking place, & some hardwood needed to be replaced. Not only did he respond with ease, but he also stepped in and helped us get the bathroom completely renovated. So in addition to the immaculate quality that Val brought forth, it was our trust in his character that has secured him as a contractor we'll use time and time again, as well as refer him to everyone we know. It was such a nice way to be welcomed into a new place.

Our company leased space here at the WeWork Office Space & Coworking at 800 N High Street. The office is located just outside of downtown Columbus (walking distance) in the Short North Arts District. No clue on the cost or individual pricing but I have been in a few times the last two months and loving the space. Parking is available on the street at the meters (3 hour max via app), or you can park in a parking garage for a fee as well. Inside WeWorks you enter on the first floor and take the elevator up to the second floor reception. I personally have only been on floors 3 & 4. There is access to hot desks, meeting rooms, private phone booth work stations and much more. There is High-Speed Wi-Fi, a Wellness/Meditation room, and a Mother's room as well as nice restrooms and immaculate shared space. There is a also a nice community coffee and Espresso bar too with shared kitchen space. It's a great space and I can see myself using it at least a few times a month. Only downside I see so far is parking cost.
