I was planning to refer friends, but after this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Simplicity Laser. Scheduling was very difficult despite multiple attempts. Calls were frequently placed on long holds or disconnected, promised callbacks never happened, and communication was inconsistent. The only appointment offered was 7:00 AM at a distant location, which was not reasonable for someone working full time. When I tried to cancel due to their failure to provide service, I was told I would owe a $199 cancellation fee in addition to the payment I had already made in December (even though the session I paid for was supposed to occur in January and no reasonable slots were offered). What a waste of time and money for such an expensive service.

She then, reluctantly, said she would do a little of what I wanted for more $$ in the place I was most concerned about (nasal labial lines). I already paid for what I wanted and didn't get. She did offer some "left-over" filler she had to the corners of my lips. I think she missed the mark on that too and could have done better. She said she wanted me to look natural. When I told her the way the Drs. in the state I moved from were able to do what I wanted she suggested that they didn't know what they were doing. I noticed Natalia's own filler didn't look natural. I will never go to Wilson MD again. Even if they do give out party favors with a phony prewritten thank you note in it.
