Spacious, great energy, and gorgeous bathrooms, this is def a great location to get fit. Parking is ample and it's near both the highway as well as tons of shops, so quite convenient. The 0500 class is early, but it's full of fun and great coaching. When I'm traveling through again, I'll be back!l for sure!

I really enjoyed it, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The trainers are great. The times I was there I mostly trained with Sadie, Zulie and Ciara and they were amazing they really push you and are very helpful. The schedule they offer was very flexible, earliest 5am and latest I think it was 6sh I can't remember. They also offer child care for later times I think after 8am. I took for my 4 year old daughter in twice in the evening and she enjoyed it. The classes are typically 45 mins you end with a quick cool down and stretch. They do encourage you to high five others in the room all the time like after every work out. They also do fun community events, which is very neat. I would def recommend this place. It's pricey, but I think it's worth it, you don't have to reserve a spot in advance like other places and it doesn't get super packed.

My PT Eric, was very knowledgeable and always pushed me to continue to do better. Lalo, Kennedy, Bryce,Matt. & Carlos were all great as were the front desk ladies. There were usually 12-16 clients working out, with often just 1 staff member on the floor. There is NO way they could keep up with what people were doing. And there was one staffer that was super annoying - singing LOUD and dancing like it wasn't a place of business. Yes, it's great to have a nice energy. But loud singing? The initial physical therapist that worked up my plan didn't check on me once in the several weeks I was there. He seemed to know what he was doing in terms of addressing my issue and setting up a plan. But after observing for a few weeks, it seems his main role is to just get people in. This the only PT place I've been to that doesn't have an actual physical therapist working along side me during each and every exercise. At TSPT, after each exercise, the client goes back to the desk, often waiting in line, to find out what the next exercise is. The staff is just reading off a card that lists the exercises. After all the hours I spent there, I did not see ONCE where a staffer went to a client to correct their form during an exercise. What are the odds that every single client is doing every single exercise correctly every single time?!?! One plus, the guy that does the ice/heat therapy is amazing. He's always busy - checking on people, or cleaning the tables, or prepping the ice/heat packs. And he is always super friendly.

So I said let me give this place a shot after reading what they can offer for me on their website. Mike welcomed me, he also gave me a tour in their facility and explained what it's like working out here. He also try to see what my goal is. So I tried it, My first day I was so nervous, but everyone made me feel welcome and I felt was never alone each exercise. The coaches here are amazing, you can always ask them about anything! They stick with you through the workouts and they watch your form carefully. Push you to your limit while also being safe. Let me tell you though, IT IS NOT EASY, but it's worth it. It's been three weeks and I'm still here. I been attending everyday, now this is my new addiction. They lend you a heart monitor to track your heart rate or you can buy them(as of what I did) and they tell you whats the target color or heart rate for that day. Best part excecise program changes every month. Atmosphere here is amazing, spacious and it is always clean. Parking is very well convenient. I guess what really sold me into is I felt like I became part of the BFT Family and it is something big. We have fun during workouts and we push each other day by day. Give it a try! your body and mind will thank you. I know ill be here for a while, years maybe.

I found B Fitness through Instagram and decided to give it a try. The gym is women only which was a huge plus for me! I decided to start doing some "drop ins" to try out some of the classes they offer. Their pilates classes are amazing. The reformers are well maintained and the classes are small, meaning the instructors can focus on each person. I also have been loving the kickboxing classes!! I was so scared to start going, as I'm not really in the best shape, but my fears quickly went away when I realized what a welcoming and fun environment Korrinas classes are. She is an amazing instructor and provides really helpful instructions for each workout. Additionally, they offer a membership for unlimited classes and 24/7 gym access as well. And after attending and enjoying so many classes, it's something that I'm definitely considering. If you're looking for a welcoming environment with great energy and an amazing variety of classes then B Fitness is the perfect option!
