I really enjoyed it, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The trainers are great. The times I was there I mostly trained with Sadie, Zulie and Ciara and they were amazing they really push you and are very helpful. The schedule they offer was very flexible, earliest 5am and latest I think it was 6sh I can't remember. They also offer child care for later times I think after 8am. I took for my 4 year old daughter in twice in the evening and she enjoyed it. The classes are typically 45 mins you end with a quick cool down and stretch. They do encourage you to high five others in the room all the time like after every work out. They also do fun community events, which is very neat. I would def recommend this place. It's pricey, but I think it's worth it, you don't have to reserve a spot in advance like other places and it doesn't get super packed.
