Raheem is an excellent personal trainer!…read more I've had a great experience working with Raheem to rebuild my health through exercise and nutrition. I knew it would take time, effort, and investment--and it has absolutely been worth it. He also took the time to understand my age, fitness level, and goals, especially since I'm 58 and we were able to create a safe, gradual plan. It's become a realistic goal to improve every month. Here are some of the reasons: * Helped me see steady weekly progress, without burnout or injury * Strong focus on proper form and technique, preventing past setbacks * Emphasizes nutrition, overall health, and long-term wellness * Supportive, encouraging, and genuinely cares about his clients * Plus, he lives the healthy lifestyle he teaches, which makes him even more motivating as you're always progressing. This isn't an individual sport, in order to improve, we have to push our limits and that comes from motivation. It's been years since I've worked with a trainer, and Raheem has exceeded my expectations. I've been on this for a few months now, and I'm committed to continuing as I know it helps me in so many ways. I'd rather give it my all to be healthy, than end up weak and in medical bills. I highly recommend him--worth every dollar and effort. I'm already seeing and feeling real results. Definitely invest in yourself! Make it happen. It is an excellent decision to stay on board and keep working out. Thanks Raheem and glad you are helping others. If a potential client is reading this, the answer is "Yes, it's worth it!"

The technical instruction is outstanding, whether you're brand new to jiu jitsu or preparing for any level of competition. Safety is always the top priority, but the training is still tough and pushes you to improve every day. What really sets this gym apart is the culture. It truly feels like a family. Coach Dustin invests in the people who invest in their training. He traveled with me to competitions, gave his time outside of normal class hours, and was always willing to help me improve. That level of dedication is hard to find. One thing I always appreciated was that class didn't just end because the clock hit a certain time. If people were still getting rounds in, Coach Dustin would stay until everyone finished unless he genuinely had somewhere to be. It showed how much he cared about giving his students every opportunity to train. I left Las Vegas because of a move, and leaving this academy was the hardest part. I made lifelong friends here and became a much better grappler because of Coach Dustin and everyone at Kuleana/Cobrinha GV. I just stopped in to do my make up as I'm a girl on-the-go. sometimes I need to run into certain EOS gyms to get ready before going somewhere. To my surprise when I came into the women's locker room to do my make up I was greeted with lovely spa-like music versus aggressive, loud music, but you can find on the gym floor, which is to be expected but never have I been in any EOS where they were playing spa-like music so I absolutely love this touch. I actually wish other gyms would do this because some of the higher quality gym do this and it just makes your experience while being in the locker room pleasant versus loud and aggressive. Whoever is in control of the music at this location for this particular day, Kudos to you! this calming music plays a huge role in the overall experience of the guest. other location should take note.
