Beware what you get versus what you are quoted for. QAV quoted Crestron shades and installed a…read morecompetitor product that was faulty from day 1. After a lot of unneeded negotiations, QAV asking for additional costs to replace the shades, and a legal letter, QAV were compelled to replace the shades with the Crestron quoted shades. A terrible experience as they were deceitful and unethical. Also, their wiring was exceptionally poor workmanship as seen in the photos.

There was a cable installation mess to clean up. The original installation was just atrocious,…read morewith cable raceway across the top of the dining area, visible from the living room, and in front of the fire hearth. It made my condo look cheap. AV Solutions came in to fix it. They found a conduit behind the drywall, and fished the cable through it. Except for where it enters the room to connect to electronics, the cable is now invisible. All of the track is gone, and my place looks nice again. Thanks, AV!
