Modern salon with an at home feel. The staff was great and all of the stylist were very knowledgeable. The salon was clean and easy to find with ample parking. My hair is extra thick and long. Other places had quoted $600 for my keartin and Synergy quoted me $400. I am absolutely in love with my hair and the lack of frizz after getting it done. I will absolutely be back in 6 months to get it done again. read more

Best in class hair salon!~ I go to Tami Vomaro and she is amazing. Super friendly stylists that work there also. Everyone is family. Love the warm environment and the up to date salon. No Drama and judgement!! The Salon is Clean and Friendly~. Tami Vomaro is awesome. She's done my hair for months and being new to town it took me some time to find my forever stylist. She has cut, color, blown out and has done several updo's for my work events. The owner of this salon is super knowledgeable and friendly also!! Tami is available on short notice and has never disappointed me. Thanks Tami for making my hair look amazing!! read more

My mom just got her hair done here and paid over $300 for a cut and blonde balayage that took 4 hours. She came out of the salon with the brassiest blonde that even the best purple shampoo can't help. There is literally one strip of her hair that was lightened to the desired color and the rest is close to the same color she walked in the salon with. When my mom questioned the stylist about the color of her hair, the stylist offered to bleach her hair AGAIN. Thank goodness my mom knew enough to decline. And the haircut? Well she asked for an asymmetrical bob and instead got a very choppy basic bob. My mom was nice enough to tip the stylist but walked out absolutely disappointed and embarrassed. Don't waste your money or time here. read more

Worst salon in America. I asked to get my hair dyed blonde and kaina made it orange. Then after 4 failed attempts and 5 hours later and 2 separate appointments she said that's the best she can do. Denyscia or DJ is also very rude. Instead of helping me get my hair fixed the girls teamed up against me. Why because I don't like my hair?? What happened to the customer is always right? Rude, terrible service, and kaina is flat down inexperienced. Please save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Probably one of the nicest hair salon's in the area! Here's why I say this the staff here are nice and very friendly they go out of their way to make sure your happy with your hair style or hair cut or whatever you may need for your hair style. The owner is nice she will talk to you and have a conversation with you if she is not busy with a client. Jasmin my hair stylist did a hair consultation and went over with what I wanted and we spoke thru my hair style and she always kept me inform with what step she was currently starting or doing next. My hair style today took about 4 hours to complete due to the time of what I wanted in my hair style which was hair chemical straighten, hair wash and dryed, hair colored black/yellow like a Bumble Bee color of a Bee or Bumble Bee on Transformer. They offer water, soda such as Sprite, Coke and etc maybe Wine I think but not sure which is really great when your hair style will take more than an hour. Also as well they have offer hair shampoo & conditioner products and hair styling products as well. Trust me when I say this everyone I have been to many hair salons in the past this hair salon is very nice salon with a lot of staff that are nice and friendly. Keep in mind make a appointment either thru their website online or call in and speak to the person who answers the phone that your wanting to come in for a hair consultation if you do decide to go and get a hair style done/perform on you tell them Jamie with the black & yellow hair color. You won't go wrong when visiting Synergy Salon they are very upfront on what they recommend for your type of hair and what your wanting to be done to your hair. read more

This is it, being new to the area I have been bumping around from one salon to another. That's a thing of the past now. Today was my first visit to this salon and I had the great fortune of having Tommy (who is the owner) color and style my hair. Without a doubt, I walked out with my hair looking and feeling the best it has in years. He has an eye for what you need, not only for the cut that best compliments you but the correct color as well. On top of that he introduced me to a new product that have me that virgin hair look and feel. I'm very impressed and plan to make this salon my home base for any future hair style needs. read more

I have had Tommy cut my hair for the past 3 yrs and he does a great job. He also will cut my son's hair every other visit. Tommy is friendly and always asks how the family is doing and keeps up with the events in the lives of those he sees regularly. I have not received any services from the rest of the staff but everyone is very friendly and inviting. read more

I've been a client here for about 7 months now and Kenzie has done an excellent job with highlights/lowlights on my hair. The color line Synergy uses is great and not as harsh as others. I've colored my hair for years but this is the best color experience I've ever had. So, for that, I am a huge fan! Synergy is tucked away in an old strip mall but could easily be placed inside an upscale mall. Great customer service. Everyone is always friendly and make you feel welcome. Kiera, the receptionist, is super friendly and shares my "curly hair war stories/woes". Kenzie, my stylist, always listens closely to what I want and if it is not to my liking, she makes it right. I appreciate that in a hair stylist! (instead of them doing what they "think" you want.) Great salon for haircuts and color! Upscale salon in the neighborhood! You can't go wrong here! read more

If you don't have a hairdresser or unhappy with the one you have, you absolutely must get your hair done here and by the best hairstylist I've ever had. Being from Chicago and getting my hair done at some of the best salons in the country I was really nervous when I moved here, I was referred to Tommy Yonkauske at Synergy Salon in Valrico. I kid you not ladies and gentlemen this guy truly knows what he's doing. After one visit, I was hooked. He's better than any hairdresser I've had and I kid you not. The salon is great, clean with a really nice and comfortable atmosphere. This place is the best. I could go on and on and on. Love it. read more

My stylist moved from another salon to Synergy. On my first visit immediately upon entry I could smell strong competing smells. The first of chemicals and then the smell of burning scented candles, likely trying to cover up the chemical smell. It was horrible! My throat started to get scratchy & I was sneezing. The ventilation here is horrible. Its an incredibly small space they need to do more with less. I have never been in a hair salon where I could smell the treatments, nail salon sure but hair no, it always smells clean. Thinking it was a one time thing, I went back again and it was just too much for me to handle. I switched stylists. read more

After 14 months of living in Florida I finally found a great stylist!!! Dina is the owner of the salon and did a great job with my coloring and gave me a great haircut!!!! I am so pleased that as I left I made my next appointment. Great selection of Redkin products which I Love!!!! read more

A nice salon in kind of an older strip mall. The experience was nice and the service was friendly, prices are about what they are elsewhere. I will say it rubbed me the wrong way and made me feel a little bad about myself to have a stylist speak poorly of whoever previously did my hair. Regardless of what disaster you think happened, I came to you now. Would have preferred a more positive outlook. read more

This is the best salon in this area and I have been to many. Unfortunately you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find the prince! I have Tommy cut and color and he has been helping me restore my hair from previous over processing. He is honest and does a beautiful job with cuts...Not just mine I have seen his work on other ladies and gents. Quite frankly he is a joy to visit personally as well. I highly recommend him and his salon. read more

Absolutely LOVE Synergy ! My hair exceeds expectation every time ! Amy does such an awesome job and can tackle anything I throw her way !

Synergy Salon has been my go to place for beauty for over the last 5 years. They have been a part of retirement ceremonies, graduations, grand parties and celebrations for our family. Everyone at the salon is always professional and polite. From the very moment you enter until you leave the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. I have used the hair color services, hair treatment services, hair cutting, and make up services. They have all been amazing. Every friend I have that has visited Synergy Salon has become a regular customer. I have been blessed in working with Tommy over the years. He has always steered me right when it came to my hair decisions. I would highly recommend a consultation with any of the fantastic stylists. You will not be disappointed. Finding a great Salon is like finding the perfect babysitter....You don't want to share but you do want to brag. I am very happy that I was directed to Synergy all those years ago and you will be too. read more
