Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional, but her attention to detail and tactful approach made the entire experience unforgettable. I've had a Halo head spa treatment before in South Tampa, and honestly, this location completely outshines the Westshore area one. Everything about it felt elevated and intentional. They exclusively use O Way products ~ a luxurious, organic, Italian-farmed line that felt amazing on my scalp and hair. One of the most mind-blowing parts was the magnifying video camera used to analyze my scalp. It gives real-time insight into dryness, oil buildup, and overall scalp health to customers. It was both fascinating and reassuring to see exactly what was going on. And let's talk about the electric massager in the middle of the treatment ~ pure heaven. Just when I thought it couldn't get better, they finished with a flower elixir poured over my hair, leaving it smelling absolutely divine. The front desk staff were sweet and accommodating, and I have to give major kudos to the owner, a nurse practitioner who clearly poured thought into every detail ~ from the blankets and pillows to the top-tier product selection and, most importantly, the incredible team she's assembled. This was a 5-star luxury experience from start to finish. I can't recommend it enough. I'm already counting down the days until I go back!

I can now pretty confidently say that you've never experienced complete relaxation until you've done this (and I love getting massages, so that's saying something). I decided to go all out and get the Diamond Halo service, which is 75 minutes, and also added on a facial and additional neck and shoulder massage. I had Lorianna (or "Lo") for my service, and she was awesome... I walked out of here at the end feeling like I was floating. I didn't get a blowout since I was just going home afterward anyway, so they give you either a satin scrunchy or a nice hair clip so you don't leave with stringy wet hair. The hair products they use are pricey, but my hair was SUPER soft for days afterward because of the conditioner they use. The salon is clean and they offer free snacks and drinks in the lobby while you wait (which I took advantage of since I got here early for my appointment). I am already looking at my calendar to see when I can go back.

They ended up trashing her hair and it took months to grow out. She called Bloom to get a hair cut and the stylist asked if she could come that very day which she was very happy to do so. They gave her a consultation and then a few days latter had the appointment. When she came home from the salon she looked fantastic, and was smiling from ear to ear which brought out her true natural beauty and shine. This salon took her as a walk in, gave her a fantastic cut, and root blend so good you can not see where the blend starts and stops, her hair looks fantastic. She has self confidence again and her spirits are high once more. If a salon can bring a change like that to a person personality and get her spirit shining like a star, I give them 5 stars and look forward to the next time she goes to Bloom so I can see a different woman come home each and every time. I she looked beautiful. I recommend Bloom to anyone who wants excellent service, a stylist who listen to what the customer wants and deliver what the customer asked for. She looked at me and told me to peel the rest off myself. She meant that I already peeled 6 off, why didn't I peel all of them? Then she sat there and waited for me to do it myself. I said if I could, why would I come here for. Then she started using her bare hand and tried to peel the old gel off my fingers. OMG!!! I have never been to a nail salon that do this kind of service. She definitely should be fired. I walked out immediately. Responding to the manager's response below, the nail technician did not file my nails at all. She suggested that I peel the gel on my nails or she would peel it by her hands. This was not a professional procedure for a gel manicure. I could not believe that you blamed customer for the unprofessional service that was provided by your employee. The picture showed how my nails when I walked in and exactly how when I walked out. Your technician did not do anything except offering to peel off the gel by her hands. I wish you, as a manager/owner, had handled this situation in a better way but you failed badly. ***Responding to the manager's 2nd response: I have gotten my gel manicure here numerous times. They wrapped my nails in foil with acetone numerous times. This was the first tim here and in my life time that I was asked to peel off my old gel by myself at a salon by a nail technician. And also, this was the first time that I experienced a technician would use her hand to peel off the old gel to start a gel manicure. First response, the manager claimed that it was unintentional the drill went into my nail bed. Then in the 2nd response, she changed the story that I refused to soak my nails because I didn't want them to take off the top layer of the gel (which was not true). Something was not straight here. Again, I had been to this salon for gel manicure over two years now. I am sure 100% know how a gel manicure was done. This time was just an odd and unexceptable one. And the manager escalated the situation and blamed it all to client. Unbelievable of a business practice and ethics!
