My case was very minor - my main concern was getting rid of the small amount of remaining gland. Unfortunately he has left my chest looking far worse than before. The incisions at the areola look sloppy and healed poorly, part of an areola lost its pigment, the nipples fold into themselves when warm, and there's severe cratering and loose skin. Obviously he was way too aggressive with liposuction. After the initial follow-up the day after surgery, Dr. Caridi and his office never reached out to me again to ask how I was healing up. And the healing was not easy. Following his massaging protocol didn't help much, if at all. At 6 months, left with terrible results, I finally reached out. Dr. Caridi was very dismissive about my concerns in the following months of email and photo exchanges. He kept assuring me the results would improve with more time. The language he used in his correspondences was highly unprofessional - at one point even saying that I was "torturing myself". After more complaining he finally offered to do a FaceTime call but I ultimately declined as I had lost all trust in him by that point. In hindsight, my first FaceTime consultation before surgery was rushed, casual, and non-specific. I only found out I was to have liposuction (in addition to excision) after the call when they forwarded me the bill. During that call he said some bizarre and unprofessional things which I won't repeat here. It was personal and inappropriate. I foolishly glossed over these red flags. Other reputable surgeons have since informed me I'll need up to 2 more surgeries to correct Dr. Caridi's mistakes with scar revisions and fat grafting. Please consider my example as a warning. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for surgery.

I will be going back to Lacy and she is my girl moving forward for Botox in Austin. I am extremely happy with my results. She listened and accomplished exactly what I asked for and the price was exactly as I anticipated. Amazing injector! I can't compliment her enough haha. The Office experience was great also. Highly recommend!

I didn't want dramatic scars and in the future wanted to breast feed my kids so I decided to just deal with having big boobs. I got age 23 and they Just kept getting bigger and bigger. I was now a size G and weighed 160 pounds. The first thing my friends said when they saw me was " dang your tits are huge!" Like I wasn't aware of holding this burden on my chest. After I graduated college I knew it was time to finally get a breast reduction no matter the side affects. I told my mom who happens to work in the lingerie department and one of her customers told her of this new procedure called the scarless breast reduction that was basically lipo for the breasts. I set up a appointment and every side effect I was worried about didn't apply to this procedure. I am now 3 months post surgery and am so happy with the results. My breasts are now about a DDD but they are much perkier and aren't heavy on me. I deff recommend this for younger ppl like me. And the staff and Doctor are so nice, informed and make you feel comfortable in this uncomfortable situation.

I had a tummy tuck 5 years ago with a surgeon who did a great job but I had a dog ear. He closed his practice and now works at bigger corporate place WLD. After talking with tons of mostly women Restora was HIGHLY recommended by so so many people. Dr Reid is who did my revision. I was blown away at the difference in getting the surgery done with Restora. The day of surgery was so nice it was in their own private surgery center. My tummy tuck in 2017 was in a hospital like setting, The Dr came in and the anesthesiologist asked a few questions as they were wheeling me out of the room then BAM! I was done and I was rushed out of the bed to go home because they had other surgeries. This time was so so much calmer and relaxing. I loved ALL the little things. The heated toilet seat, the cap that warms your head, the comfortable room you wait in. How calm and friendly everyone was Afterwards my follow ups with Lauren ( she is so awesome) I asked the same questions 100 times she always answers me like I'd never asked before, she is always very patient and explains everything till I am good to go and never feel rushed. This last appointment To my surprise, I received a little gift bag with 20complimentary units of tox and a card with a referral for a lymphatic massage. I scheduled my massage, Sanae was incredible ! At the end wanted to pay she said the first one Restora paid for! WHAT? Im still blown away by this practice. They are all so incredibly kind, gorgeous and talented at what they do. I am so so happy with my results 3weeks out, I feel so good about my decision. I have a small business myself so I notice all the little things because that is what creates the experience, mix that with great work and you have luxury. I think Restora is affordable Luxury their prices are definitely fair and have so much value for what you pay for. Thank you Dr Reid so much and everyone at Restora for making my surgery feel less generic. I will definitely consider using them for all my cosmetic needs in the further!

I was told they would go away within a year, so when 2 years went by and it had not improved, Dr. Gordon eventually agreed to remove the hard parts. I was not put under for this, and gave me a medication to calm me down since I was going to be cut open fully conscious. Her team did not even give the medication time to kick in before they started the procedure, because Ashley Gordon had "other appointments immediately after mine" and they didn't have time to. Since this, she somehow made the galaflex even worse and I'm left with another scar and even worse results, and they are refusing to provide any type of resolution. I paid for cosmetic surgery because I trusted this surgeon and her team with my body. Instead, this experience has caused me years of distress. Choosing Dr. Ashley Gordon for my breast augmentation is one of my biggest regrets. I would strongly encourage anyone considering surgery here to look elsewhere.

I encourage everyone to read my previous reviews for all the details. I gave up my $15k refund in exchange for the right to post this honest review. On the other hand, before my own surgery, I saw all the 5-star reviews and zero 1-star reviews and thought that meant no 1-star reviews existed. I sincerely question that after my own offer of a full refund but only in exchange for my silence. Someone asked recently about the contact he asked me to sign in exchange for a full refund ($15,050) so I attached a photo of it. It reads (in part): "THAT I fully understand that from this day forward I will not speak about this case or Dr. Andrew P. Also, there will not further public (e.g. signage or voice amplification) or private demostrations (sic) nor discussing this case with any other persons. If I continue any of the above mentioned I am hereby notified I will incur treble civil penalties." It is very difficult to sue for medical malpractice in the state of Texas, and even then, the damages are capped at an amount that might not even be worth the trouble after the emotional drain and attorney's fees. There is very little accountability required. Be very, very careful about who you choose to literally trust with your life.

I specifically chose Dr. Sharp for my first visit and full body skin examination because she was a woman. I was looking for a kind and knowledge building discussion and exam. From almost the beginning, she dismissed most of what I asked about. She rushed through the exam and didn't explain much to me, just prescribed a vitamin E cream to "use on everything." I made the appointment because I'm 53 and noticed several changes to my skin that she all said was "normal" but I needed more than that. I needed to understand what was happening, the possible reasons why, what I might be doing to contribute to it, how to treat, and what to expect in the future. I'm not sure I've ever been more disappointed after a medical appointment. The best part was standing vulnerably in a paper gown with someone so cold and dismissive. Can't remember the last time I left a review anywhere but this visit warranted it. What a waste of my time. If I give this practice another chance, it will NOT be with her.

BEWARE!!! I visited Dr. Hall because my breast implant, placed by another doctor, was deformed,…read morered, and visibly wrong. Dr. Hall claimed due to 9 years old just need replacement. He performed surgery for me on September 2016. After a year or so, when Dr. Hall performed an exchange, I became severely ill. This illness persisted for years, and doctors couldn't provide any answers. Until October 2025, I was in a state of constant illness. I was unable to function, care for myself, or my children. I kept going to the emergency room, and finally, I discovered masses in my left breast and axilla. Doctors initially suspected cancer, but I consulted with an oncologist and underwent several scans. The scans revealed that there was a rupture but implant intact, and silicone was present throughout my body, including in my lymph nodes. I went back to Dr. Hall, and he claimed that there was no rupture, although there was one in the previous exchange. He never informed me. I had been dealing with nine years of illness and substantial medical bills. I underwent reconstructive surgery on March 4, 2026, and the implants were confirmed to be 100% intact. However, I had to remove the implants and lymph nodes. I am still healing, and I am experiencing pain in my left arm, left chest, shoulder, and armpit, as there is still more silicone. We are uncertain whether we will undergo another surgery, as I have a risk of lymphedema. Dr. Hall was in every way, not telling me the truth. I never imagined that he never reported, never cleaned pocket, never cleaned up silicone, and that it cause all of this. He did submit to his insurance, but they kept me waiting until I ran out of time for the statute of limitations. It's sad that someone would do that. My medical insurance has already incurred a substantial amount of expenses, amounting to $131,000, from October 2025 to the present. There is no accountability from Dr. Hall. He also claimed that there was no file for medical history, which made it almost impossible for me to obtain the necessary information to obtain council. So, please be very careful when choosing a doctor. I have friends who had surgery 15 years ago and still have their files, and my first set of implants still had theirs! He should have took ownership and helped me out. Instead I spent unless amount of time trying to figure out what was wrong and left with BILLS!!! KARMA will come!
