After chatting with a few girlfriends about their dr.'s, I did a Google search for the top plastic surgeons/centers in Austin and APSI had a 4.9 rating! I then began to dig through their before/after pics and loved that they did not have that over the top fake look and that they all seemed body proportionate which is exactly what I wanted. While perusing the surgical options, I came across labiaplasty. I had never heard of it, but on RealSelf, the rate was almost 100%. After looking at before/after photos and decided I wanted that surgery as well. I made an appt for a consultation where I met Dr. Justin Booth and his assistant Christine Powell and they answered all of my questions and were patient. I definitely went over the allotted time, but I was never rushed. I have never considered getting breast augmentation and was not aware that surgeons do not go by cup sizes, but CC's. Dr. Booth measured me and gave me the max CC's for my frame and I then tried on the various Sientra silicone aka, gummy bear implants, which helped a lot. While they do not have pics online of labiaplasty, Dr. Booth performs them frequently. Their pricing was better than I expected and I was given a folder full of everything I needed to know about my upcoming surgeries, appt dates, and times, as well as pre & post op instructions. By the time I left, I loved both Dr. Booth and Christine and felt very comfortable with my upcoming surgeries. Prior to my surgeries, I came in to discuss current meds, post op meds, any last minute questions/concerns and etc. The surgery is performed in house at their surgical suite which is located next to the office. As soon as I arrived, everything went as scheduled and the nurses were all awesome. The next day, I received a call from Jenny, Dr. Booth's nurse and was provided her personal cell in the event I was experiencing any adverse pain or reactions. Due to their thorough explanations, I was fully prepared for what to expect and my healing process went accordingly. I am at the 6 week mark and to say I am obsessed with my body is an understatement! I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to Dr. Justin Booth and his entire staff. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Very Disappointed with Dr. Robert Ersek…read more I had a facelift and chin augmentation with Dr. Robert Ersek in March 2024, and I am extremely unhappy with the results. Not only did the procedure disfigure my face, but Dr. Ersek's treatment of me throughout the process was disrespectful and lacked any empathy. When I expressed my concerns about the outcome and explained how I was feeling, Dr. Ersek's response was less than reassuring. He simply said, "I am human and make mistakes," while rolling his eyes. That response did nothing to ease my distress, and I was left feeling like my concerns didn't matter to him at all. I initially sought Dr. Ersek's help after a previous doctor failed to deliver results on a different procedure. Dr. Ersek advised me to ask the previous doctor for a refund, assuring me that if they were ethical and reputable, I would receive one. To his credit, my previous doctor did refund the money, but when I asked Dr. Ersek's assistants, Angelica and Ashly, about getting a refund for the procedure that went wrong, they assured me I would be refunded as well. They claimed to have experience with such situations. However, months later, I received nothing, and I was made to feel like I was the problem. I paid for a procedure that only left me with sagging skin, a deformed chin, and a much older appearance. To make matters worse, I received a letter from Dr. Ersek stating that he would no longer be my doctor. All I wanted was to improve my appearance and receive some empathy during a difficult time, but instead, I experienced poor customer service, a lack of professionalism, and a doctor who seemed uninterested in helping me. After months of trying to reach out for a refund, my calls were ignored, and I never received a single penny back. Please think twice before choosing Dr. Ersek. I feel I entrusted my care to someone who is too focused on their own reputation and not the well-being of their patients. All I was asking for a refund to go and get better results somewhere else , just like I did the first time I went to see Dr Ersek.

Changing offices is like changing banks; a real chore. Dr. Jonathan Bielfield took his time with me and really listened to my concerns and history. I requested a laddered approach to a particular spot and he didn't try to talk me out of it (avoiding a rush job). I asked if he had room for another patient and he said yes. Caroline, at the front desk, was very helpful. She assisted in helping me fill out my medical transfer records request form, so Jonathan could have my full history. She was happy to help. Kelly, my medical assistant, was extremely nice and professional. She took her time and listened to my story. She conducted a very thorough pre-examination interview. Overall, Westlake Dermatology must have great leadership, as it shows from when you walk in the door, to when you walk out. The facility is clean and everyone there really looks like they are happy to be at work. Take it from me, this is the place.

The lapse occurred just as I was changing jobs meaning their miscommunication caused me to lose access to my medication until my insurance kicked back in. I have had both fillers and neurotoxin (Dysport or Botox) done by Jennifer and always have had great results. I will be seeing her soon for some fillers. Getting old and losing volume sucks and can be expensive. I know that when I see Jennifer I am getting the real stuff (be careful of those Groupon deals people), I will have great results (very rarely bruise when Jennifer injections) and I look refreshed. In the next year or so I will be getting a "tune-up" and will be seeking a consultation here for plastic surgery. I can't wait to meet the rest of the team.

SEE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS In 2024 I contacted Dr Anthony Bittar to repair a deviated septum so I could breath properly internally through my nose. A very simple procedure. He made a comment in our meeting "do you want me to remove the bump on your nose's bridge at the same time. Just to make it flat" That is all that was ever mentioned. "I will just slightly shave down that bump at the same time". He made it sound like nothing. I came out of surgery and he had completely changed the size and shape of my nose. He assured me it was just swelling and that would go down. After having 3 different respected surgeons inspect what he did. They all were shocked at his work and what he did without prior approval. 1) He excessively flattened the dorsum (bridge of the nose), resulting in an unnatural and concave profile. 2) He added cartilage to the tip of my nose--an unrequested change he later admitted to--which created a permanent large, bulbous appearance. 3) He significantly altered the overall size and structure of my nose All these things were decisions he made without my consent. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN Read his reviews by sorting them by 1 star and believe them. He subsequently offered to 1) refund me half of my money 2) do the operation again and 3) install semi permanent filler in my nose. Total admission of guilt. All I refused. How could I ever trust him again. Once you are on the operating table he does what he likes. None of the above was ever agreed to. The whole time he gas lights with all his communication. I now have to go through the expense and pain of having surgery again to fix his horrible horrible work. I currently have complaints submitted to the Texas Medical Board, other malpractice entities and his affiliated hospital credentialing boards.
