Quality lifts from ACM Equipment. NOT SYNERGY

***STAY AWAY FROM SYNERGY AUTO EQUIPMENT. THEY ARE CROOKS!*** I paid for the two 10k lifts in full to be "kept in stock" on June 20th because due to completion delays with my shop, I had some uncertainty as to when the install date would be and was advised by Teresa that the only way these lifts would remain available in inventory when I was ready is if they were paid for in full. This way they'd remain "safely stored" in their warehouse. On July 10th, I provided Teresa with the requested install date of August 1. She confirmed that date was good and put me on the schedule. On July 20th, I was notified there was "vandalism at their storage location" and my lifts were supposedly ruined. I asked for photos of my damaged lifts and never received them. At this time, Teresa advised the newest order of lifts would arrive on or before August 11th, and I was priority for installation August 12th or sooner if they arrived earlier. Teresa failed to provide a police report or photos. I suspect they sold my pre-paid inventory. On August 8th, I texted Teresa asking to confirm our installation appointment for August 12th. During this correspondence, Teresa informed me the lifts have still not arrived and were now expected to "hopefully arrive" August 24th. Teresa apologized about the delay, offered to cancel the $1000 installation charge that was still due, and stated the lifts would be installed on or around August 24th with no additional balance due. As a contingency, Teresa advised she would refund the balance in full if the lifts didn't arrive by September 1st so I can proceed with alternate plans. Shortly after this phone conversation, Teresa stated via text message she would no longer waive the $1000 installation charge she previously agreed to and also stated she could not refund me in full if the lifts were not received by their company on or before September 1st. Teresa stated even if I were to get a refund, it would be less 30% of what I paid as a "restocking fee." So here's my problem. I paid in full (minus $1,000 installation charge) for my lifts to be in stock and ready to go per their terms. For whatever reason, Synergy Equipment no longer has my lifts in stock and couldn't provide a new, firm installation date. This lack of stock is no fault of mine, yet Teresa informed me I would be charged a "restocking fee" for something they don't even have that I paid for in full to remain in stock. A restocking fee is typically for a return due to change of heart or change of plans, not because the vendor is unable to fulfill the order in the stated amount of time (and yet I agreed to an even later install date due to this mysterious vandalism), even after it was paid in full to be kept in stock. At this time, I requested a refund in full because though I paid in full for these lifts to be in stock as promised, they were not. Regardless of the reason for the lack of stock, this is Synergy's problem, not mine. This dilemma has also significantly held up my shop progress as I've delayed bringing electrical service over until after the lifts were installed. Without a guarantee of Synergy being able to fulfill my order in a reasonable amount of time, Teresa going back on her word to cancel the $1,000 installation charge, and Synergy's lack of ability to assure me they'll be back in stock by September 1, I requested a refund in full to proceed with another option. I can't simply wait around forever for Synergy to fulfill my order. Synergy insisted they'd refund me less the 30% ridiculous restocking fee with a processing time of 7-10 days. It's been over 10 days and I've not heard from Synergy, Teresa, nor have I received the refund check. I've reached out several times via phone call and email, all with no response. These are dishonest people who are trying to screw me out of $7,500 because they sold my pre-paid inventory from under me and can't get new inventory in from China due to logistical problems of their own. They are avoiding my refund and ceased correspondence with me. Take your business elsewhere!

I am very satisfied with Synergy's service. They were recommended to me by a neighbor with a similar lift. Just had their installers mount and setup my 2 post lift which I relocated from CA recently into my RV garage. Scheduling, cost and workmanship was excellent. The tech who mapped the PT tendons on the floor was very knowledgable and worked with me to establish the best post locations. They finished the install efficiently, making sure that my system was adjusted and worked correctly. I would recommend them to anyone considering a lift.

I purchased an Atlas lift from Synergy in March, it was installed on March 23, 2022. I stored my neighbors car on it shortly after purchase/install until June 22. After moving my neighbor's car, I attempted to put my car on the lift. Aside from the up/down movement from the installers, this is the only use the lift has seen. I raised it up, then lowered to relieve cable tension. One post failed to latch. I raised it up again attempting to retry and a cable snapped. The car listed over and almost dumped. I quickly hit the release valve to lower the other 3 posts to the next latch. I supported the broken post with my engine hoist until Synergy came out on 6/24. They replaced a cable and were able to lower the lift so I can move the car. They raised the lift back up and said not to use it until they could repair. I've been waiting for a repair ever since. I was given the same "waiting for parts" excuse on weekly update phone calls. I contacted Atlas directly and they confirmed that they had sent Synergy parts. At this point the communications with Synergy have stopped, but not before receiving a slew of insults from the staff/owners. There are several other reputable companies in the valley. I suggest that you take your business elsewhere. Pics are available on several FB groups and automotive web forums. #SynergyEquipment

They really take the time to help you, determine what the problem is, and take all the necessary steps to relieve that problem or issue. They truly tackled the problems head on. Amazing guy. They might not have all of the tools or specific parts that you need to fix your vehicle in stock at any given moment. But they are willing to help direct you in the right direction, and they have a can-do attitude which to me is everything. On a sidenote, it's quite interesting how that right across the street is an O'Reilly auto parts store. I'm sure there's a huge rivalry from street to street. No hate against them, I especially love their jingle. Oh ohh ohh, O'Reilly (ohh'Reilly) auto parts. Yow! But I'm gonna have to give it to the get in the zone, AutoZone. She stopped in to this store and the staff immediately jumped in to assist her. She was comforted by staff and given a chair to wait for us to come get her! This is his first car, was his first breakdown, and he has only been driving for 2 months. After a few minutes of calming him down and directing him towards our insurance's road side assistance, I asked him if he had any water because it was hot outside and I imagined it was getting really hot in his car. The assistance was at least 30 minutes out. He said he had already drank all of his water and that he would walk to find something to drink. Low and behold, Auto Zone #02769 was just around the building from where his car was parked. He went inside and asked for help. I didn't catch the name of the associate that helped him, but I want to thank that gentleman from the very bottom of my heart. As a Momma Bear, when my kids are scared, I get emotional, no matter how old they are. There wasn't anything that I could do to help my son, but Auto Zone came to his rescue. Thankfully it was just the battery. I asked the associate if he would take a credit card over the phone for the replacement and he said sure. The purchase was flawless, the installation was very quick, and my son was back on the road in no time. When he got home last night, I gave him the biggest hug. Thank you SO much for helping my son in his time of need. I have always trusted Auto Zone in the past, but now they will be our forever go to for all of our car needs!

Last night my battery went dead about a block away from this location. Instead of calling my…read moreinsurance company and waiting for a repairman, I decided to walk over to this NAPA location. As I was about halfway through the parking lot where this NAPA is located, I saw an employee walk over to turn the OPEN sign over and lock the door. I immediately started to sprint over as I just missed them. I knocked on the window and yelled in that "my car had died". The two gentlemen looked at each other and one walked over to slightly open the door. As I began to tell them my issue, they started to ask the make and model and even asked where I was pulled over (more on this later). The guys here got me all set with a new battery, and made sure that I had the correct size wrench as I did not have any tools on me. As I was paying for the battery, one of the employees mentioned that he was getting off in about 5-minutes and would swing by to make sure that I had the correct wrench and also see if I needed help. Not only did the employee, Brent, do this but he also helped me with my car reset. This is the type of service we all hope for as customers and more. These guys went above and beyond when they were closed, and this positive review is just a small token of my appreciation.
