Second, I have no issues with the program Brain Paint because I don't know enough to have issues. What I have read is positive, but it says it depends on the clinician, which was my issue. I spent $300 to do the initial testing. She kept asking me informal questions, which I responded to, but then said we needed to hurry because she had 90 questions I needed to respond to. Why she didn't give a brief explanation and start right away with the questions, I have no idea, but it was part of how unorganized she was. She mentioned the test I was about to take went from left to right, but left off that you just keep clicking because the object was to answer correctly and to keep tapping the button to get to the other end. It became obvious after a bit, and I usually do well on this type of testing, but I felt annoyed that I wasn't prepped fully, as these initial tests provide a good insight as to where your concentration and focus are. At least that is what I gleaned from reading about the process. I couldn't understand her explanation, and I left wondering if she really understood herself, and realized that she was just a facilitator of the program. The second time I went in, she again wasn't very good at explaining what and how the program worked; it appeared to be about the ability to focus and relax. She was talking to me for the first couple of minutes of the test, and I thought that she was doing this to see if I could focus while she was talking. I finally asked her if she was talking to test me, and she said no, apologized, and sat with her dogs... who were darling but whined for most of the time it took to do the test. You have to stare at this screen of flashing lights for over 20 minutes total with 2-minute breaks. It is excruciating on your eyes. I mentioned something, and she asked me if I brought eye drops, as many people do. I questioned why she didn't mention this, and she told me she just didn't have time (because I came late), even though she had time to text me (before my appointment) and try to get me to set up more than one appointment that week. Despite the money spent, I found her so disorganized and kept thinking she needed the program more than me, so I decided to walk away. It is really hard for me to believe that she has been doing this for 9 years. I asked for a refund, and she refused. I wrote Brain Paint to ask if I could transfer my test results to another clinician, and they offered no help and told me they had no one in the area. PS. I asked her why she had no reviews on Yelp, and she told me she wouldn't pay money, so she didn't have any. Then one 5-star shows up...and guess what, I am writing a review.

I assume that the revocation…read moreof his medical license was "for life" but just in case Bergstrom is ever allowed to practice medicine again, I'm posting this quote from the January 25, 2013 "Monterey County Herald" "Immediately after the conviction, Bergstrom gave up his medical license in California...just as California's Medical Board took steps to revoke his license because of the case." "The board cited several additional reasons for the revocation based on audio recordings of Bergstrom, including jailhouse phone calls that indicated he was practicing medicine while in Monterey County Jail." "According to court records, Bergstrom once inadvertently left a dictation machine running in his office that recorded him offering to sell cocaine or trade it for sex. He admitted at trial that he traded prescription drugs for cocaine." At one point, Bergstrom was my elderly parents' doctor. Bergstrom did not have the patience to care for geriatric patients. Bergstrom may have been good with tall, thin, young, leggy blonde gals BUT I cannot recommend him for senior citizens.
