When I took it back to them, they agreed that the seal was broken but flatly denied it was something to do with them. Then I took it to another Garage who confirmed that the Seal was Broken and that could happen during the Clutch replacement, as they need to access the Seal and take the whole thing out for doing that. So, while putting it back (reassembly), it got damaged. They suggested me to take it back to the same garage (A4 Tyres - they didn't know which garage did it though) to repair it for Free. But A4 would neither accept they did it, nor do anything about it. It was earlier a good Garage when Syed used to manage it, but since Fayaz took it over, all these dishonesty started.

I had two tyres replaced on my vehicle by these inexperienced people; and as soon as I drove off the warning light was coming on, so I went back and they said it's because the tyres have just been changed this is normal; and to drive the vehicle around and it will go off itself, which it didn't! I then called them and they completely fobbed me off saying it's nothing to do with them and refused to take responsibility, so I took it to another tyre place and they advised that in the process of these people changing the tyres, they broke one tyre pressure sensor (TPMS) on one wheel and completely removed the sensor on the other wheel, hence the warning light was coming on! It's now cost me a further £200 to purchase two new sensors and have these programmed and fitted! Really don't understand what these people get from cheating customers by doing what they did to my vehicle and more than likely many others, but I guess this was my fault by trusting them and I have learned my lesson for next time. Please don't believe the other reviews either, they all seem fake and like they have made been up by the businesses associates!

Took my car to Kwik Fit in Slough for a puntchure check. My experience was one i never want to have…read moreagain. It seemed as though the staff just wanted to rip everyone off and get as much money as they could out of them. One customer who had been in ofr a service was told he needed new front wipers because his was smearing. The customer stated he had only had them replaced three weeks prior so they couldn't be right. Kwik Fit then told him his brake fluid was old and needed replacing. Again, the customer stated that Kwik Fit Slough had only charged him for changing the brake fluid less than six months ago. Next it was my turn to have the rip off treatment. My car was pulled into the workshop and raised on the ramp so the staff could check my tyre. i noticed they had left my lights on so i commented to the manager on the desk that they would make my battery go flat if they don't turn my lights off. He didn't seem to care and just said they was checking my car. I was later called out to the workshop by that manager who tried to explain that i had a screw in my tyre and needed a new tyre. It couldnt be repaired because the tread was wearing unevenly. this would be caused by my tracking or "geo" as they called it. They wouldn't give me a quote until they could get the car on the ramp and check how many adjustments would be needed. I asked a member of staff if they could have a quick look at my brakes to see how long i have left until i need to change them. I was told my brakes were ok but the brake fluid would need to be changed at £39.95. They hadn't even checked the brake fluid so how sould they know it needed changing? I had a new tyre fitted and asked to keep my old tyre. They put my car on another ramp to check my tracking and told me the Geo was out and neded three adjustments at £120. However i could get a care plan for a one off of £150 Complete rip off charging 120 for tracking. I asked what makes the tracking go out and they told me my suspension was worn and would need changing soon. They offer to give me a quote but i declined. I left with just a new tyre and took my old tyre to another garage down the road who told me that the tyre could have been repaired and would have cost around £25. Lesson learned, rude staff at Kwik Fit. Everyone will try to con you. No one looked like they enjoy working there. Would never go back there again.

Went there today with 4 brand new tyres and 4 freshly refurbished alloys with the old tyres on…read more Firstly they just threw my new tyres face down on to the ground, which should have been my one and only reason to leave, but I stayed and i seriously regret this decision. After they put the first tyre on I noticed damage in several areas where the lever had been used to remove the original tyre; in one area there is a significant dent to the rim and there are at least 6 areas where the paint has come off. When I mentioned this, they were very dismissive, stating it's what I should expect with low profile tyres as they are difficult to remove. I asked them to take care, yet they still caused a 3" scratch on the next wheel at which point I told them to leave the other two and left, just before I did the owner said "sorry brother". I went to another tyre fitter in Slough and they then put the remaining two tyres on without a single mark and it looked like they were using identical equipment. Obvious that the tyre fitter at Upton Discount Tyres is inexperienced. So with this in mind I returned to Upton tyres to show them how the other side had been completed without incident and I asked for a refund plus money for 2 refurbs, the owner "Zahoor Chatha" said he didn't have any money and was busy and to come back the following day, we proceeded to have quite a heated argument and in the end he and the fitter denied even damaging the wheels. So they accept no liability for damage and are quite aggressive. I'm gutted that I now have to get 2 wheels refurbished again. AVOID these cowboys at all costs, pay the extra to go somewhere else to get a decent service.
