Certainly when I was in City Tyres wasn't servicing any flash motors and I did see plenty of people scratching their heads searching I can only assume for a new name. Or rogue head lice. Despite obvious name based dilemmas, these boys are still providing a pretty good service. Fortunately I've only had to make use of them once and only because I was in the area but these sorts of services are always meant for the locals aren't they? I thought they were efficient and they got the job done without any fuss. Not too expensive and they also do paint jobs, bodywork stuff and general servicing.

They then proceeded to fit a budget tyre despite asking for a continental. When approached afterwards they advised we had asked for the budget. We clearly did not want the 'chinese' budget that was offered and asked for a continental to be fitted and was told it was in stock. Weirdly they aren't able to receive emails (!!!!!) or can't be bothered to read them. And won't change the tyre to what we originally ordered.

I complained and Ali who i believed was in charged and he told me instantly "he didn't do it" without even asking the guy or showing any remorse to damage to my property. The guy now of course denied it as his manger just said he didn't do it. I showed Ali, the scratch was clean obviously freshly made and i said if i was there before hand it would be dark due to brake dust. I can not phantom how brazen this guys were, i was very upset & had to leave before i completely loose my cool. I can handle man to man apology mistake happen, not denying it when it was so obvious. They clearly are too busy so customers property does not mean much to them. Stay away if you don't want to spend extra on repairing damages to your car

So risking blue toe syndrome, here you go. This is a tiny little tyre place that gives good quality advice and repairs appropriately. He will repair as opposed to replace and always has stock in. The place is small with barely room for him, his tyres and his equipment. You don't get a waiting room or drinks just the service you need. I've been there twice now (after recommendation by a local garage) and the last time he found two nails in one tyre charging a whole £15 to fix both holes. Fast, reliable, good quality and cheap. I can't recommend him more.

When I go there to try and sort it out, four men basically behaved in a way that was rude , aggressive and intimidating to a middle aged woman on her own.
