Dr. Syn is not your typical chiropractor. Her holistic approach to spinal health was unlike anything I had experienced before. She doesn't just adjust your spine--she takes the time to review full-body X-rays, identify vertebral subluxations, and clearly explain how spinal misalignment can affect your nervous system, organ function, and overall well-being. She also helped me understand how misaligned vertebrae and disc issues can be the underlying cause of pain and discomfort throughout the body. I really appreciated how thorough, knowledgeable, and educational she was. Instead of simply treating the symptoms, she focuses on finding and addressing the root cause. I left each appointment with a much better understanding of my body--and more importantly, I genuinely feel so much better since starting treatment with her. I also have to give a shout-out to her office staff--they are absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They always work with my crazy, ever-changing schedule (and my neurotic scheduling requests! ) with patience and a smile. Their customer service is truly outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Syn to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Syn and her entire office staff! When I first came to the office, I was in very bad physical shape and desperately needed help. Dr. Syn took the time to perform a thorough examination and evaluation, listen carefully to my concerns, and develop a treatment plan tailored to my specific needs. After 24 visits, I have made significant improvements in how I feel and function. The progress has been remarkable, and I'm incredibly grateful for Dr. Syn's knowledge, skill, patience, and compassionate care. She clearly explains each step of the process and genuinely cares about helping her patients achieve the best possible results. Her office staff is equally amazing. You're greeted with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Appointments are handled efficiently, the office runs smoothly, and everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and valued. Big shoutouts and thanks to Rachel, Connie, Dolores, and Christian. Dr. Syn and her team have made a profound difference in my quality of life so far. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional, attentive, and compassionate chiropractic care! read more

First of all let me say that Dr. Syn's care has changed my life. It's only been three months and I continue to notice big changes and so do my family and friends. It's a miracle!!! When I first started my treatments I was feeling pretty hopeless and ready to give up trying to find care. I just wanted some relief to feel better. I've been suffering all over body and joint pain for 30 years. I had so much inflammation I was very worried. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2005 and getting out of bed was hard everyday. Now I ride my bike 4-5 x weekly. I can walk for 30 minutes at a good consistent pace and working my way up. I'm getting my life back and it feels so good . The joint pain is gone, and the inflammation has calmed way down. My body is responding well to her treatments. I'm still a work in progress but now I... 1. Have more energy 2. Sleep better 3. Feel better 4. Less hot flashes 5. Weight loss 6. More flexible 7. No more mucus 8. No more coughing 9. Eating healthy 10. Less moody 11. Improved memory 12. Improved brain fog Dr. Syn is kind, caring and she's always happy and fun yet professional. The staff is so nice and helpful as well. Rachel and Connie at the front desk are the best and they hold everything together. . Christian helps to keep patients on track with PT and is always ready to help in any way. Dolores gives the best massages, and Stephanie my Tshape2 technician is also very nice. You can't help but feeling like family here. read more

I had an amazing experience from start to finish! Let me tell you, I was skeptical because I went to a different location to try out T-Shape 2 and I did NOT have a great experience there. They didn't know the machine well and they needed extra help during my introductory session. Let me tell you that it was a hot mess. Coming to Syn Wellness Center, the treatment and service exceeded my expectations! I could tell I was in great hands. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, the nurse was super knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly while making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The level of care and attention I received gave me complete confidence in the team, and because of my experience, I decided to sign up for T-Shape 2 treatment. I was a bit hesitant in purchasing at first as it was a bit higher in price than the other location but the quality of treatment I got is the reason I signed up. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I'm excited to continue my care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly team that genuinely cares about their patients! Looking forward to my sessions with Alex! read more

This business may respond to this review. Take it with a grain of salt and do yourself a favor - read how they respond to other customers. I wish I had. You'll see a pattern of defensive, combative, and often disrespectful responses. Ask yourself if that's the kind of business you want to support. I visited Syn Wellness for their T-Shape 2 service. Before booking, I specifically asked about pricing. I was quoted a package price and told it didn't include the new client discount, which I would also receive. I asked what the price per session would be; the lady I spoke with said people don't buy one session, only packages, and refused to give a price per session. My first appointment cost $79, which is just a promo to get customers through the door. The treatment itself was great. The problem started afterward. When they presented the package pricing, it was nearly double what I had been quoted for packages over the phone. It turned out the "20% new client discount" was the price I was given over the phone, but told an additional discount would be applied - very misleading. It got worse. I was told I had to purchase a package before they closed that same day to receive the 20% off "new client discount". When I said that pressuring customers into making an immediate financial decision felt predatory, I was told it was simply "an incentive." High-pressure, same-day sales tactics like this are a major red flag. In my opinion, this business relies on creating urgency to push customers into expensive purchases before they've had time to think it over. The final red flag was when I asked for a copy of the pricing sheet I had just been shown. I was told I couldn't have one because the pricing sheet was not allowed to leave the office. The treatment may have been good, but the sales process completely overshadowed it. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before doing business here read more

Syn Wellness Center - Pricing sheet. Financing is available but there's no discount for financing options. - Chiropractors Near Me - Redondo Beach, California

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I recently went into Syn Wellness for their T-Shape 2 service. I asked about pricing when I booked the appointment. The lady I spoke with told me the total price for a package, but said that this price did not take into account the "new client discount", which I would also get. The first appointment was $79 (a way to get you in the door). My appointment was great, but as soon as it ended they showed me the pricing for the packages. RED FLAG: The prices were twice as much as I was quoted on the phone. The 20% off discount for "new clients" was the price I was given on the phone (dishonest representatives). However, what is absolutely GROSS - I was told that in order to get 20% off as a "new client". I would have to decide today before they closed. I told the woman that forcing clients to decide by end of day felt predatory. She said it was "an incentive". The whole interaction honestly felt so gross and wrong. Do not be fooled! This is business is 100% predatory. This mode of sales preys on women's insecurities and uses scare tactic pricing to force quick sales. DISGUSTING and SHAMEFUL. The icing on the cake, I asked if I could have a copy of the pricing sheet they were showing me and they said, "no, the pricing sheet could not leave the office." Honestly, this felt so wrong and gross. BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT! DO NOT FALL FOR PREDATORY SALES TACTICS. read more

Do Not Use this Service Provider. Shady business practices. Discriminatory pricing. Slippery shyster tactics you'd expect from a used car salesman preying on a naive customer. I called and asked how much an injection of Wharton jelly costs. Got the total runaround. I said ...so you don't know how much your service costs?. She said ... Correct, it varies from person to person. Obviously, they try to squeeze as much from you as they think they can get. No integrity at Syn. I will not do business with them. I have been suffering from lower back pain and severe migraines since I was 18. I have seen other chiropractors and they have provided temporary relief of pain but I needed something that would help me take my life back. Now at the age of 34, I was told about Dr Syn's office by a friend and I'm SO GRATEFUL she mentioned her to me! Right away from entering the door, the staff was so friendly, and helped me with any questions I had regarding my appointment with Dr Syn. I met with Dr Syn and she went into details as to the source of where my back pain and migraines come from. She has so knowledge, didn't rush me in my questions, was very patient with me and she noticed I was anxious and she created a plan to help get my life back! I cannot see myself ever going back to just another chiropractor after being treated by her. I haven't had a migraine in months after being pained by them at least twice a week along with no more back pain!! I not only have regained my life back but I'm able to enjoy activities I couldn't do after high school! Thank you so much Dr Syn for you and your staff not only keeping me track with my progress but for helping me love life again! I've always been very active and without complaints. BUT lately I've been feeling older than my age. I found Dr. Syn on a facebook ad. After 2 months I am feeling SO much better-lower back and knees are feeling much improved. A couple of things I was not expecting-shoulder pain Ive lived with for years is almost gone, and hot flashes have disappeared! It's a big commitment but if you want to stay off meds and off the operating table, you won't be sorry! Also, before each appointment, she provides monitored warm ups with a physical therapist. And the office staff is fantastic! read more

I've been dealing with lower back pain for most of my adult life, and started seeing Dr. Syn a few months ago. In just three months, I'm already beginning to feel like my old self again!!! I'm able to work out with significantly less pain, and I've noticed real relief from the tension in my neck down to my lower back. I love how Dr. Syn doesn't just tell me what to do or point out what I've been doing wrong--she turns every piece of advice into a lesson. She explains the why behind each recommendation, which makes every change feel intentional and empowering. Understanding the reasoning behind my care has made a huge difference in how I show up for my own health. The entire staff at Syn Wellness Center is just as amazing. Every single person is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every visit I'm excited to share how my week went and to hear how theirs has been too! Thank you, Dr. Syn and the entire team, for all the love, care, and attention you've given me. I'm so grateful to have found this place and can't recommend it enough!!!! read more

This review is only for T Shape not chiropractic or other services. I was hoping to see much better results from the T Shape given the extremely expensive cost. I did a package of 6 treatments spaced out mostly weekly. Since the cost was so high my expectations were also high. My treatments were for skin tightening - not slimming. The results immediately after each treatment were ok but they didn't last more than a few hours and after completion of 6 treatments I saw only minimal changes. I've waited a couple of months to write this review in the hopes that over time I might see better results but no. The positive is it was easy to schedule appointments and the staff were all very nice and professional. The negative is the T shape itself. Very disappointing and not a good use of $$ in my opinion. If the treatments were closer to $100 each it might be worth the cost for the nominal improvement. read more

Dr Syn has dramatically changed my viewpoint on chiopractic doctors. She is definitely the real deal. I've never had a chiropractor that checked your x ray before and during your sessions, and when all your sessions are done I think that is vital to have that done so that you know where you stand. You can see the improvements firsthand. Not only does she care about doing Chiropractic treatment on you. She cares about your overall health and well-being and what you're putting in your body and the things that are causing you to be ill or sick in the first place. I have been to a lot of holistic Doctors in my lifetime, and she by far is the best one i've ever been to. She has a very nurturing soul. I would recommend her to anybody who cares about their well being and overall care. read more

I have had the best care from Dr. Syn and her staff. Dr. Syn sets the Gold Star standard for physical care, correction and thorough information for my health and wellbeing. She is compassionate and really cares about her patients. I have never been to any type of office that provides the informative and set up for successful results like I have at Syn Chiropractic. The office staff is professional and the vibe of the practice is warm, friendly and positive. I have had great results with my spine and highly recommend Dr. Syn to anyone looking for a chiropractor. I recommend any to her who wants to have adjustments especially any adjustments done gently. My gf has tinnitus and neck pain but is only 85 lbs and the only person I know who can adjust her is Dr. Syn. She is uses a small adapter, applicator instead of her hands to manipulate the vertebrae. She is so talented and she takes her time to do a FULL BODY adjustment - not just a few places in your body like other chiropractors do. read more

I TOTALLY 100% agree with all the 5-Star Reviews before mine!!!! ALEXA sent me to Dr. Syn! ALEXA must have heard me talkng about my knee pain because Dr. Syn's website popped up on my Facebook and resonated with me! I have one bone-on-bone knee and my other knee is heading in that direction due to sports, accidents, etc. I spoke to my 40-year old professional trainer and my 95-year old friend (formerly body builder who looks like 25 from the back) at my gym, and both highly recommended NOT to go "under the knife".... But, instead, try regenerative therapy. THE Best recommendation! My results with Dr. Syn: - - No knee pain, no limping afer many years of suffering. - - I can (but won't) wear mini-skirts, beause my knees are no longer swollen and "fatty", i.e., no longer inflamed. - - Scar tissue in my right, more damaged knee has significanly decreased.... didn't know that was possible! - - I look foward to my treatments which include "modern" chiropractic adjustments, red light therapy, and stem wave therapy along with injections which work together to regenenerate my remaining stem cells and create new stem cells between my "bone-on-bones". - - I have a personalized whole body, integrative plan, including spine, knees, feet, and diet which treats the roots/causes of my issues, not just the symptoms, like pain. I've learned SO much about what foods and beverages cause INFLAMMATION (i.e., PAIN) when I thought I knew it all! BONUS: I've lost a few pounds! - - GREAT positive, cheerful atmosphere! VERY friendly, personable, skilled staff - just like Dr. Syn! And great music! Every day ia a great day at Dr. Syn's! My new "CHEERS'! - - What might have been a very painful experience, if I had gone in another direction (i.e.,knee replacement), is a truly enjoyable, educational, and productive experience which I highly recommend! read more

Dr Grace, is talented at what she does. Her talents go beyond chiropractic. She is truly Holistic. She inspires her surroundings with positive energy. Staff are very pleasant. With the treatment plan she suggested in the past months, I got more what I was hoping for. My posture is straight now. Sleeping struggle for many years improved. My energy / focus level increased dramatically. I was getting tired in the past after sitting on my chair to work and had to move on after 10 minutes. Had carpel tunnel for many years and seems to have gone away. My knees were in pain. Some doctors suggested surgery in the past. I now have no pain and run regularly on the beach, and visit her office through riding my bike. Biggest improvement was losing 25 lbs after 4 months. God bless her soul. Walid Banayot read more

Dr. Syn is the best! I have dealt with bad sciatica pain for almost 3 years and I've tried it all: massages, physical therapy, accupuncture, other chiropractors and nothing has had permanent results. Slowly, but surely I've been seeing a great improvement by going to Dr. Syn. Thank you! read more

I started seeing Dr. Grace summer of 2019. At the time, I had migraines -- plus side effects from the anti-seizure meds I was taking to prevent migraines. I also was being treated for hypothyroid conditions. After 3 months of treatment, I was a 1/2 taller (corrected scoliosis) and off ALL of those meds with NO migraines and "normal" thyroid blood work. It's an investment of time and money, for sure: I was initially being adjusted multiple times a week. But I have graduated to maintenance, and continue to live life free of migraines. I am now embarking on a renewed effort to optimize my fitness, with Dr. Grace's kind support. Will update in a few months. read more

Dr Syn helped change my life. In 2018 I was diagnosed with viral meningitis. I was told I had a 50/50 chance of surviving the viral attack to my brain and spinal cord. My immune system, antibodies and prayers were the only thing that could save me. A nurse pumped morphine into my blood stream as I fought for my life. 3 months later I was finally able to open my eyes and walk around. Returning to a normal life was difficult. I had lost a lot of muscle, a lot of my strength. My head was constantly pounding and I yearned for the morphine. I was in and out of urgent care weekly. I felt like my brain was going to burst open in my skull. Finally my Dr. prescribed me Norcos to help with the pain. I decided in 2020 to cleanse my body of medications. I learned to live and manage the pain through prayer, healthy eating and yoga. However, I was ALWAYS in pain. While trying to sleep, a sharp sporadic ringing and pulsing sound echoed loudly in my ears keeping me awake. When I did fall asleep, I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours before waking up from some part of me in discomfort and pain. I was locked up. I couldn't write a straight line, I had developed a shake in my hand and my whole right arm trembled when I tried extending it out. My jaw had tightened up so much I couldn't open my mouth wide enough to eat, or to smile. I spoke so tightly and mostly through my teeth. Luckily everyone started wearing masks so it wasn't something people could notice. TMJ specialist suggested botox treatments and or surgery. I had gone to a chiropractor to get a second opinion. He had worked on me for about 2 months, 1 visit a week. I noticed the pain was more tolerable, but I still felt tight, suffered from daily migraines and struggled with chronic tinnitus. May 2021, I came across Dr. Syn's ad and decided to send an inquiry. They responded quickly and set up my consultation for the following week. In order to properly assess me, x-rays, and spinal scans were done prior to an actual adjustment. Jessica, thoroughly described my graph and chart results from the spinal scans. Literally, my scales were off the charts! I was past the red zone. I could finally see my pain on paper. Next Jen helped guide me through my different physical therapy type exercises. First is the wobble chair. Jen demonstrates how it's used, and she actually shares it's benefits and how it helps the spine. After I finished, I was then ushered into one of the rooms to recieve my first adjustment. Dr. Syn came in with a big hello and warm smile. As I lay face down, she explained how she does a head to toe adjustment. After flicks on my heels and behind my ear, she asked me to breath in, breathe out and RELEASE! I honestly started laughing uncontrollably.... followed by instant tears and almost sobbing. The pain, the tightness, the tension left my body in a single breath. Dr. Syn took a step back letting me breathe. She smiled at me and said, "What you are feeling is the release of emotional stress and built up tension. Let it all go." She handed me a tissue box and I wiped my face. She rubbed my back and said, "okay let's finish this adjustment!" I laughed in disbelief that there's more! She really adjusted my head down to my toes. Dr. Syn then went over my x-rays. She pointed out beginnings of bone spurs in my neck, and that it's actually sitting negative 3 degrees, I have scoliosis in my lower back, loss of intervertebral discs, a crooked jaw, and a constant head tilt. She could explain why and where I felt pain and pressure. October 2021 In retrospect, I didn't realize how unhappy and moody I was. That the pain I felt ruled over my personality, my decision making, my life. In just 6 months I became a different, better version of myself that I didn't think would be possible. My family sees the change while I feel it. I no longer struggle with TMJ pain or tinnitus! I now get a restful, rejuvenating 5-7 hours of sleep. My cognitive function is operating better than it's ever been. I'm migraine free, and have less light sensitivity. I have more patience to others and myself, and my responses are more thought out than rash. I'm teaching art again because I no longer have a shakey arm or hand. I can now run around the park with my daughter because my ribs are sitting where they are supposed to and no longer putting pressure on my lungs. My mobility, posture and walk have all improved thanks to more fluid and tissue between my vertebrae. If you're reading this, and you too suffer from anything I wrote about above, schedule your consultation. It's the best thing I did for myself. I realized, I can't be the mom, the wife, the daughter, the sister, the friend, to anyone if I wasn't right. Living in pain is not living, it's settling. Dr. Syn and her team changed my life, and they can help change yours too. read more

I met Dr. Grace through a Social Wellness class at my job about a month ago and my group was offered a spine check up. So why not have I'm back checked out?? I have had back pain for more than a year and a half. I felt awful sitting down, lying on my bed, sitting on the couch, driving. Nothing I did was helping it. The worst part? I bought two brand new beds over the course of 1 year thinking it was my bed and I got a new chair at work. I've been to other chiro's before, but none of them took an x-ray so they couldn't, and I couldn't, tell what my spine really looked like. But after seeing that my scoliosis had gotten worse and SEEING that my vertebrae were subluxated and I was loosing the precious cushion between each vertebrae, PLUS my neck was almost flat as a board (it's supposed to be curved), totally opened my eyes. I immediately signed up for her program. Now, she isn't cheap! But in my mind, what made me do this program was the fact that I shouldn't be in pain. I shouldn't have a spine that looked like a weird "S" shape and I should have cushion between each vertebrae at my young age of 27! Also, I took this as an investment in my health. I've been going to Syn since 10/2/15. After the first three adjustments, I had no more pain. I was sleeping better. My bed feels soooo goood to sleep in! :3. I stand taller, I sit taller, I eat taller. I don't hunch over like I used to. When she first worked on my head it hurt like Hell and now there's no pressure there. The knots I couldn't get rid of no matter how much I went to get them massaged out in my shoulders are almost completely gone! And I love that she also checks my wrists, my knees, and my ankles, and she has checked my jaw (Because I grind my teeth at night). There's a set of exercises you do before you get adjusted and you have 50 pamphlets to read (1 each time you go...and you get quizzed on it!). Plus there's exercises she'll have you do on your own at home. You'll have to work to get the results you want! Grace can only carry you so far! All in all I would totally recommend coming here. Grace is awesome guys. Seriously. I hear success stories from different clients saying they had scoliosis or they had this illness and now they either have a normal, healthy spine or they can do things now which they couldn't do before they came to her. I'm learning so much about Chiropractors and what they do. It's just been a great experience thus far and is one of the best investments I've made for myself. read more

Hello there.Just got out at Dr.Syn's clinic and as always it's always an amazing, awesome and a tripple A's if I will give a grade. From all Her to staff and to Dr.Syn they made me feel not only a client but a friend. She help me to get back on track again little by little. So,to make the story short I've been to different places just to get the feeling that I have right now.I have a very severe plantar fasciitis for over a year now.I've been taking different pain relievers, ointments, patches, expensive shoes and customized insoles from my podiatrist but nothing helps me.I've been with my Physical therapist for 6months but didn't work and even them suggested me to do a steroid injection for my right feet. And I know that I don't like the side effects later on if I will get that shot. And name all the pain relievers that I bought I have it all in my medicine cabinet.I started to give up already and as time goes by I noticed myself that I am only 35 years old but walking like a 65years old woman and wasn't able to do my favourite activities with my kids.My plantar fasciitis was worst that every waking up early in the morning I will fell in the floor because I can't stand in my feet.I am cryinv like a baby and have to wait to stand up and hold a hard stuff or in my bed frame just to get up.And take right away a pain reliever just to go to work and also drop off my kids in their day care.I told myself I have to do something because I still have little ones. While I was browsing my IG commercial videos Dr.Syn videos pop out and my intuition told me to click this video.Right after I watched and read all the reviews I called the next day and made an appointment.I was surprised of how they help me to get back on track.Dr.Syn in the bottom of my heart I want to say thank You and to You're staff.I will definitely tell it to my friends, families, coworkers and You who is reading this start right now and get back on track. This is the right place!!!I hope there is a 10stars!This clinic deserves it! read more

I started to see Dr. Syn in April of 2023. I didn't have any pain but was feeling stiff. Dr. Syn did a nerve scan and an x-ray. I was surprised to discover that I had scoliosis. Dr. Syn explained the steps to fix my scoliosis and regain flexibility. You have to put in the work and get your exercises done - if you do your part the process works. Under her care I have dramatically improved in flexibility and comfort and my mood has elevated. Visits to Dr. Syn's office are a treat at this point as I can feel it working. Dr. Syn's data driven approach (x-rays and nerve scans) give you hard data that clearly demonstrates where you started and your progress over time. She has a fantastic staff and facility. Dr. Syn also offers a lot of additional services to help you in your recovery. I can enthusiastically recommend Dr. Syn and her care team. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I have received read more

***Warning*** Update: Reviews and Ratings are fake due to 50% off offer on facebook page for "positive" ratings/reviews on their yelp page. Very misleading and unfortunately a fool to fall for their trap. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Found this place through #LivingSocial. Before every purchase I have to #Yelp the establishment. This place had great ratings and reviews so I was excited and bought the voucher since I like massages and needed regular tweaks to my back monthly. Unfortunately when I made it to my appointment right when they opened and on time it clicked that I had forgotten to print my voucher. Since I live in Hollywood and they are located in Redondo I mentioned and thought they would accept the email version since the voucher number is noted there or through the LivingSocial app (also stated on voucher we could pull up this way, save trees, time, or what not..).. But this was not the case. They told me if I wanted to use the voucher and service I needed a hard copy or I forfeit everything. I told them I lived in Hollywood and the owner and receptionist just stared at me like icy, heartless, cold blooded nothingness.. Then they told me if I really want to keep my appointment to drive a couple miles away to Kinkos and get a print out. Which I did. I can't believe I wasted my #Money and #time here. The economy is not getting better. Me as a customers demand better service for my really, really hard earned money. If businesses dont want to provide this please do us and yourself a favor and close up shop immediately or at least manage yourself better. @synchiropractic @livingsocial #customersmatter read more

Mediocre, really. I'm sad to leave such a meh review but I'm a bit disappointed. First off, all the other reviews are correct about their appointment "system". No one calls you back when they say they will. You have to schedule your appointment out a month or two in advance. The massage itself was performed by a competent individual..but it just didn't feel like a relaxing massage. Maybe on this point I'm not right, because I get that its a chiropractic facility and not a massage-only place. Also, they were forced to cut my appointment short, I'm sure, by their supervisor. Overall, I left feeling badly for the massage therapist, but not okay about the overall experience. The receptionist on duty was quite helpful, I'll mention. I often have back problems. I have tried all types of remedies to keep the pain from retuning and nothing has seemed to rid it just yet. I was browsing yelp and I came across Syn Chiropractic. The reviews were up and down, so I thought I would go in and check it out for myself. I get there, the receptionist is nice and the check in and everything of that nature goes very smooth. I felt very welcomed and was ready to get to the feeling better part. They called my name, I went to the back and I was introduced to Dr. Grace. Dr. Grace was very nice, but the massage was terrible. The quality of the service was not what I was looking for. Everything was cold, and not ready to touch the body. Her style was extremely unfamiliar to me, and it almost made me uncomfortable. I can see why the ratings vary so much with this place- Check it out for yourself, but for me, that was the first and last time. read more

I was diagnosed with Friedreichs Ataxia (FA), a rare brain disease in June of 2015. It is an autosomal recessive inherited disease that causes progressive damage to the nervous system. It manifests in initial symptoms of poor coordination such as gait disturbance; it can also lead to scoliosis, heart disease and diabetes, but does not affect cognitive function. Before I went to Dr. G, I had extreme vertigo for about 95% of my day, I had to lean on someone to walk after a short distance, heavy feeling in my legs, some limb numbness, slurred speech and overall depression. Now, my dizziness is COMPLETELY gone, I am independent and do not need assistance walking, the heavy feeling only comes on when I am doing a strenuous workout, absolutely NO numbness, speech is 96% normal again and I am no longer depressed. I feel better than I have ever have in my life and I can honestly say it is because of her treatment. Although I have a special condition she is helping me with, I know that if she can work with me and almost reverse my symptoms (which is crazy to think about), then she can help anybody. I can truthfully say she has changed my life and I encourage everyone to go the chiropractic route. Dr. Syn has changed my life for the better and I am so thankful for her. read more

Absolutely the best Chiropractic Wellness Center in the South Bay!! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I started care with Dr. Grace in March and I've experienced incredible results. I was having major neck and lower back problems for years. Headaches and female issues I had surgery for last year. As a child I was diagnosed with mild scoliosis which Dr. confirmed had gotten worse. Found out the neck pains was from degenerative arthritis in my neck, female issues from subluxation to the spine and more from trauma to my nerves since a child. All symptoms are gone. Now I wake up clear headed, no pain and no meds. Dr. Grace is the most effecient chiropractor I know, extremly thorough with her gentle techniques and hand body adjusting. I'm so blessed and thankful to be under such great care. Allowing the body to heal naturally from the inside out is a gift from God. Great local and staff, with a beach view, can't beat that. This truly is a professional progressive wellness center I highly recommend. You won't regret it! Thank you Dr. Grace, you Rock the South Bay!! :D read more

Dr Syn changed my health and my life. I had terrible carpal tunnel and my neck was always stiff. I was at at point where I could barely pick up a coffee pot. After she took a scan of my spine, it showed that it was so off and not straight. She created a plan to get me back to being and feeling healthy. Besides her personal adjustments and doing PT, she also discussed how food and drinking water is a big contributing factor, in getting my health back on track. After a few months of going to her, I sleep better and my CP is just about gone. I can do yoga again and I'm starting to play pickleball. One last thing, her staff is incredible and make you feel so welcomed. read more

The last few years, I would participate in sports and the following week, I was in excruciating pain. I knew I had to go to a chiropractor to get this ailment fixed BUT knowing that chiropractors can also cause setbacks, I reached out to a chiropractic friend in AZ for a referral. Dr. Karen Jacobsen referred me to Dr. Syn and I am SOO GLAD I went to her. Dr. Syn through her methodical processes found that I had major scoliosis (e.g. my spine was curved) and my neck was off by 60 degrees. The neck is supposed to have a 45 degree convex curve and I had a 20 degree concave curve instead which is the worst she has ever seen! Over a period of 6 months, my curve started to return and my spine is almost straight with some areas back to their intended positioning. Additionally, I have gone from a 20 degree concave curve to a 6 degree concave curve and within the next few months, I am sure I will be in the convex curve instead :) Thanks to Dr. Syn's help, I am finding also that I am able to play some sports and some activities which before would knock me flat on my back. Also, I have noticed that my concentration has returned and the "ADHD" is not as severe as it used to be. I would highly recommend getting checked out and worked up by Dr. Syn. She is the most wonderful and compassionate Chiropractic Doctor I have met and really a sweetheart. read more

Back in January I threw my back out three times in ten days. I would do little movements here and there. When I felt good enough to exercise I started running which caused my knees to hurt a lot. A friend approached me and referred me to Dr. Syn. After three months of treatment and massages (Highly recommend). I am back in shape. I no longer have pain in my body. I can run like if I was 18 again. My body definitely went through some great changes. Dr. Syn not only teaches you about how chiropractic work benefits the body but enables you to change your nutritional habits as well. Got me cooking in the kitchen making better choices for my body and health. I would definitely recommend this establishment for everyone. It's a great business! read more

I was referred to Dr. Grace by a friend several months ago. She is absolutely fabulous -- positive, talented, and a well-spring of knowledge about all things related to natural health. She practices many types of chiropractic care and encourages full mindbody health. Her book of client testimonials in the waiting area is amazing! She has a very friendly, helpful, and well-run front office too -- which is a plus. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my health and highly recommend her to others! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Grace because I had long-term hip pain so bad I had to pull myself out of my car with my arms. In about two months the pain become intermittant and in another month it was gone. When I started jogging long distances again, Dr. Grace still kept me pain free. I did a half marathon and guess what? No pain. I'm a tough sell and I'm sold. read more

I refer people to Dr. Syn on a daily basis. I have known her for many years. I was referred to her 14 years ago, my friend said she could help with my daughter's ear infections. My daughter was 3 yrs. old and had chronic ear infections for a year. After taking a multitude of different antibiotics the pediatrician wanted to place drainage tubes in her ears. I did not want her to undergo general anesthesia, at that young age, and not for an ear infection! After meeting with Dr. Syn she explained how she could help and immediately made me feel at ease. My daughter felt very comfortable with her and loved going for her adjustments. Three months later she no longer had fluid in her ears and no more infections since then! She has also helped my son who was diagnosed with allergies at 2 yrs old. His pediatrician put him on an inhaler and allergy medication. After receiving adjustment for several months he no longer had any allergy symptoms! I also began treatments with Dr. Syn and have experienced amazing results. I had been diagnosed with allergies and my Dr. had prescribed Allegra. If I did not take it I would have extreme congestion that prevented me from working. After several months of adjustments, no more congestion, no more Allegra! Dr. Syn has improved my health in so many ways. I have experienced better sleep quality, a stronger immune system (I rarely get sick), no more PMS, more energy, stronger athletic performance and the list goes on! She is a chiropractor who truly cares and will help you to improve the quality of your life. Her office has a very positive atmosphere and her staff is friendly, smart, and efficient. I always look forward to my appointments. She has made a tremendous difference in my life and my children's lives! read more
