Unexpected and HORRIBLE front desk attitude. I scheduled a 9am 1st time consultation with them today for weight loss. The below was the sad outcome: I walked in and they already looked at me with a "what are you doing here" face. I said I had a 9am appt and sorry I was late (it was 9:03am). They said "she's not here. We don't have any records of you. You must have scheduled with main office. I looked at my phone calls history and said that I had scheduled with +1 (310) 517-0130. They looked at each other and didn't say anything. I asked: was it here? Liz said "yes". Sissily said: but I've already told you she's not here. Nobody apologized for not calling me to cancel appt. Sissily had a very negative attitude. I went to my car, but got curious on who could have called me to cancel the appt and why such a bad attitude for no reason. Decided to go back in there to say someone could at least call me to let me know and she just kept saying "she's not here". I asked for their names, and the name of the person I scheduled to see (so I could talk to her and complain about their front desk attitude). Liz was on the phone. Sissily didn't want to provide names. I said that I'd rather talk to the other lady (Liz) bc she had too much of an attitude. Liz at this time hung up the phone and started YELLING at me: go away, go away, and signaling with her hands. Sissily copied Liz. They LITERALLY CHOOED me out of the clinic. I felt humiliated and angry, but had to walk away. On my way out, I point to sissily and said: F... you. I deeply regret on doing so, but admit I did and would like to apologize for that. There was a lady walking in and saw this very last part only. I'd also like to apologize to her, if there's a way to do so. No matter how they treated me, I should not have used such a strong and negative work. Anyway, I understand people have hard days and sometimes let it affect their interactions with other people that have nothing to do with it, but I believe sissily owes me an apology for treating me with such an attitude and not being clear on what the issue was. She was not answering my questions properly; seemed like she didn't want to admit the mistake was on their end (for not canceling) and didn't even think of simply apologizing. A simple "I'm sorry" would have solved the issue, and we could move on to rescheduling. Now I'm back to square zero on my search for help with my weight loss journey that I so desperately need :( read more

Don't do it! The workers there are nice but basically it's just a starvation diet and the shots are worthless. There's no way to get out of your contract, even with Covid, and it's difficult to quit even after your contract is over. It's very expensive and not worth it at all, pretty much a scam. Use the money to get a personal trainer or gym membership and go on keto. read more

I get a kick out of all of the bad reviews because it is not a starve diet and the shots really do work. But obviously the program is not going to loose the weight for you. Loosing weight is always going to be hard and you have to be willing to put in the hard work. They are medical guides for your weight loss journey. Since I started this diet I have lost 10 pounds in just a few weeks and their shots make me feel amazing. The staff at this location are so kind and non-judgmental because they have all gone through the program themselves. And yes it is VERY expensive and so are their products but as a college student they understand that I cannot afford all of their products so they helped me find a lot of options on Amazon for a fraction of the price. And yes you have to sign a contract when you start, but you go in knowing that this is a year commitment to loose and keep the weight off. read more

Lindora does not care about your weight loss. They care about the money. I am a heart patient. I told them that and they still passed me. Their program made me sick and put me in the hospital. Even after providing them a Doctors letter and hospital report, that I should not be on the program they would only give me a partial credit, with their collections people calling regular. They want a Doctors letter saying it was Lindora that diet that put me in the hospital. Ok, but that works both ways. That letter can now be used in court for damages. All Lindora cares about is how much money they can make off the individual. And, then when you try and use the service, they make it very difficult. They made a ridiculous rule that you must cancel 20 days in advance because it takes them 30 days to do the paperwork. Apparently, they have many cancellations. I went in once after the covid virus and was soaked at how they practiced safe distances, etc. They want to charge me an additional $200 when it is unsafe and my physician does not want me to leave my home. Meanwhile, I am leaving behind the money I spent on the booster and other products that they force on the customer. read more

I'm very disappointed with this company. I called months ago to find out about a new program. At that time I was told I had to wait till the end of my contracted time to renew. Ok so now my time is up. I'm still being charged monthly. I'm being told in the contract it says I have to write a letter to end a contract even though it clearly says a year. I wore a letter as directed and got a message back saying it was received. Still, I have pay for another month because according to them I have to wait 30 days for it to be processed. So I don't have to wait 30 days to pay and start just to stop. So it's costing me $200 to end my contract. This should be verbally communicated from day one. During a time of pandemic when I need money they are harassing me and over charging me. I won't be going there again. read more

Lindora has been a life changer! I have tried so many weight loss programs that never worked for me but Lindora is different. Everyone at the Torrance office is so professional and helpful. With their support I am down 25 pounds in 10 weeks! Soon I will no longer be pre-diabetic and will need to cut back on my blood pressure medicine. I joined Lindora in 2014 and lost about 84lbs rather easily. I gained ALL the weight back in less than 2yrs. I kept going back to try and lose the weight again but never did with this program. They are great for losing weight but I feel like they need a counseling program to help you keep the weight off and better supportive staff. They are very busy in the mornings before work so they pretty much rush you in to weigh to get to the next person. I paid for a full year when I went back and hardly used it again so I wasted my money. You are stuck when you pay and cannot get a prorated refund. They really started pushing the products to purchase but I preferred using my own food as much as possible. The staff was okay. There was a few nurses I really enjoyed but they ended up quitting. You get a B12 shot at every visit and you can get appetite suppressants if you want them. I started doing my own thing about 7 months ago and I got the weight off again but this time eating my own food and no shots at all. I had to learn how to eat real food to manage my weight. This program is pricey especially if you buy their food. I would recommend other programs that are better and more cost effective. read more

Great weight-loss program, and great staff!! I love Donna, she always has a helpful tips and is such a sweet person. I lost 14 pounds on this program, close to my goal weight of 20. They have a great three one-year maintenance program to help keep it off also. You can use your own food, or buy theirs. I would suggest buying bears for the first four days and start the program and really see maximum weight loss and increased your motivation. The shakes and bars are all very tasty!! read more
