It's a bit disappointing to see what's become of this salon, Richard does really good work but i've spent the better part of a year trying to schedule an appointment and only got an answer once. They tell you to leave a voice message and they'll get back to you but they have yet to do so. let's just start off by saying i am VERY picky when it comes to haircuts. i typically gravitate to more "non conventional cuts" and many hairdressers have trouble giving me what i want. Alyssa however gave me one of the best haircuts in my life. she was super realistic with how she thought it would turn out and would tell me her opinion if i asked a question. my hair is exactly like the pictures i took in and i couldn't be happier!!! also they are fairly affordable considering other salons we're going to charge me upmost of 60$ for just a cut!!! Alyssa is a master of her craft at such a young age and i would highly recommend seeing her!! lastly their salon is super clean and pretty!!! read more

I scheduled an appointment for 10:45 AM for 10/21/2022. I came in on time and after waiting for 30 minutes, I simply did not have the time to wait any further. It's very important to respect someone's time and I would have appreciated some communication about this. I arranged my work schedule to come in only to not be able to get a hair cut in the end. Hi! I have been meaning to write this for so long. But about a month or 2 ago. I was trying to find a place for a hair cut. Nothing fancy. I've been growing my hair out and haven't had it cut professionally since I was little due to a bad experience. I called 4 separate places to try to book an appointment. I was told I would get a call back for all these places and to this day HAVENT heard anything. I figured I might have to cut my hair myself. But one day I was grabbing a coffee and passed by symmetry. I saw their reviews were good and walked in to see if I could find an appointment. My sister and I went into this salon to get our hair dyed and cut by sarah my sister and I had the exact same color and hairstyle in mind and she did the complete opposite of what we asked for. So to not make a scene and because we had to leave we texted her right after we left to tell her we are not satisfied. I honestly felt like I spent $140 on a haircut my hair looked exactly the same color with just a haircut and she responded she can fix it for another $140. I have no words to describe my frustration with her. I will not recommend her or would never go back to her. Not only did she not do her work right but she refused to fix it unless I pay more.
