I will admit eastridge is a lot nicer (now) they also just had a renovation and the equipment looks newer that being said these bathrooms are always way cleaner than eastridge's bathrooms idk what the guy complaining about the weight brand being hoist and the other saying the music is too loud I think they're just getting old. music is pretty comfortable and hoist is a pretty well known good brand of gym equipment you're not gonna find what gold gym uses but for an intermediate lifter the 24 hour location are pretty solid in weight and quality. my complaints come in from pricing to other gym members gym etiquette which I feel 24 has a right to enforce people to rerack their weights considering it's a major safety hazard. The gym membership downer is my membership is expiring soon my bill when from 300 to 400 sadly that's when I call it quits even with a bogo I don't wanna go through this issue again in the future so even if the promos are nice but tbh 700 for 2 years upfront is pretty steep and that not considering when your contract expires even eastridge is have a 650 2 years and the third year is 125 but that still motivate me more to buy my own gym equipment and work out at home that to pay a steep price like that I'm sad to not be able to renew and I might come back when I have enough or see an enticing promo

However, the current management is very low-functioning. They're busy being petty with long-term customers instead of fixing the equipment that is constantly broken for months. The trash bins are frequently overflowing, the floors are sticky, women's locker room has used sanitary pads in the showers. Overall cleanliness has declined significantly. It's crazy to see several employees standing behind the front desk chatting or on their phones while basic maintenance and housekeeping issues go unaddressed. A gym should feel clean, safe, and well maintained, but that's no longer the experience. It's not family-friendly either! If you're looking for the quality and atmosphere this ain't it anymore.

Let's…read morejust say I am on the large size, and I don't always feel comfortable dealing with fitness people, but this has not been the case at all with FIT. I am working remotely with their trainer Jeff. With a relatively small investment I have all of the equipment I need to transform my family room into a workout space each morning. I work out through face time with 3 other women, each of whom are in much better shape than I am. Jeff tailors a program for each of us, so that we are doing similar exercises at the same time fitting each of our needs. He has been particularly good at helping me find ways to continue to work out despite some knee issues. He is amazingly responsive. What I'm enjoying most is the balance in the workouts between strength training and cardio. By the end of every workout I really feel a sense of accomplishment and have worked up a good sweat. I feel that great feeling of having worked hard and accomplished something, but I don't feel so exhausted the rest of the day that my day is shot. I feel revved up rather than beaten down. If your looking for a way to workout from your home, I would give FIT a call. I find the cost reasonable. You don't need your own home gym just some weights, an adjustable weight kettle ball and a mat will get you started. I highly recommend.

There is never judgment from the staff or the people who work out. I love them all. I am proud to call this gym my gym and I'm so happy to be part of this community. Are the equipments best in class? No. But I will come here because of the people and honestly - to be fit all you need are free weights, cardio equipment, and a little help from your friends. The trainers are always so helpful and the manager, Nico is so fun and friendly. For training I recommend Edwin. He has the most transformative training I've ever seen. I have seen his clients transform to their goal body. He takes his job seriously, corrects you while training and understands that proper form is key. He's given me tips and has also helped me transition my training to something suited and better for me and I've seen changes in the way my body respond! So- kudos to Edwin! The front desk staff from Chloe, Mayra, Lance, Andy, and Rishi are so approachable and always there with a smiling face. Jose Luis - the trainer's manager is also super helpful! Sometimes- it isn't about the equipment - it is about the people you surround yourself with that genuinely roots for you that makes a place a second home. Yes, this is my second home.
