Love, love, LOVE!!! When I moved to VA approximately 5 years ago, I used to drive to Pittsburgh to…read morehave my hair done. One baby later and one on board currently, that is just not feasible anymore! After trying a few organic salons in the area, I always left missing my girl from Pittsburgh. No one could ever get the right tone of blonde for my hair color or cut my wavy/curly hair in a way that worked for my specific curl (I promise I'm not a diva-I just know what I like!). Enter Jacquelyn and Enlightened Styles!! The salon itself is an adorable little house in warrenton and has the best vibe ever. You feel right at home in a chic and relaxing environment. Jacquelyn herself is not only a gifted stylist, but a lady-boss business owner with the kindest soul!! She completely listens to YOU and offers her expertise. She takes her time and truly is passionate about her business ethics and her work! I also love that she is a clean living junkie like me-she does extensive research about every product in her salon and goes the extra mile to be ultra eco-friendly to boot!! I am so grateful I found her!!! She has truly helped me feel good about my hair again-something I have missed since moving from PA and since being a new mama! Jacquelyn and her business are the absolute best!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Service was refused…read more My wife and I arrived at approximately 7:10 PM on a Friday, well before their posted 8:00 PM closing time. Their sign clearly states that walk-ins are welcome, yet we were turned away and told they were fully booked for the night. There were no visible lines or signs of heavy business in the store, which made the experience even more frustrating. It honestly felt like they just wanted to close the shop and were not willing to stay a little later to serve customers, even though they are in the service industry. If walk-ins are not actually accepted, the signage should reflect that. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place. I would insist to take the business someplace else.
