Technicians arrived without a level, had to borrow mine. Art was hung but not squared up. Second project was to pull OLED TV out of box, attach stand and place on entertainment center. Styrofoam was not cleaned up, left out of box in pieces. Third was to install curtain rod hangers above windows. Dry wall dust left below each installation location, one hanger of 4 remounted and askew. See photos. Invoice included a double billing of hardware, while only 1 was used. Technicians kept 2nd piece of hardware yet tried to charge me for it. Invoice had to be adjusted, based on photo evidence of unopened product. Beware of being overcharged, as their pricing was the most competitive. I paid them to do the same quality of work I could've done myself, so why even hire them?

Then they invoiced us for more than twice the cost of the original estimate even after they "took off" some charge for delay and poor communication When we had them out to for an estimate and spoke about the jobs and it was clear that we saw there could need to be additional work added to complete the job correctly once we got started, which should have been included in the estimate. Instead they added more charges later with no explanation. Also On the estimate they simply wrote "materials not included" and never discussed possible costs an then the the cost of materials was 2/3 more than the estimate for the actual work. This is completely duping customers with what their final cost will be! Customers understand there is a cost for materials, which they could include at least a rough number in the original estimate, but if material costs will be almost as much as the work they should include this in their estimate. This is a sneaky, dishonest business practice. Along with the high cost of our materials, we had to pay for every person that came to replace the previous person that did a terrible job. The first person tried to complete the job as a total amateur and ruined what they were meant to improve. Then 3 other workers tried unsuccessfully to complete the job and wasted time and materials to do a horrible, poor quality job, which then had to be corrected by consecutive workers. Finally after 6 weeks the job was completed by a single person in 2 days. Even after all these weeks and people we still have one thing that was working before they arrived and when they finished the left it completely unusable and we have to hire another company to fix what they ruined. By the end when we received the invoice we filed a complaint and they took off a nominal amount but never reconciled the horrible work, time, or inflated charged. If I could give negative stars I would! Do not hire this company!

Window Nation is fairly new to the Colorado area, so last year when service was needed a call back from their service department happened within 24 hours and service was taken care of within 7 days. Now its 7-10 business days (by automated text notification) that I will hear back to schedule for future service. Very unreasonable time frame to get service scheduled for a future date. I called and asked for Window Nation president name and they refused! I was going to write a letter expressing my regrets with buying windows from Window Nation and lack of reasonable time frame to speak with them about my issue. I do not recommend purchasing from Window Nation due to their unsatisfactory warranty service. The window remains open and unlocked until a service technician is scheduled. UPDATE: 2:15 P.M. Technician arrived at my door directed by the branch manager to close/fix my window. Took him less than two minutes. I asked why he arrived so quickly and he told me it was the phone calls, etc. I made. I changed my rating from 1 to 3.
