When they received the records, I went to the office to schedule, only to find the door locked, lights off, but the "open" sign hanging. From the parking lot, called the toll free number for some information (thinking they might be out for lunch at 10:30 AM) . The CSR, who barely spoke English, called the branch on their private line, and told me that "no one answered" DUH! She offered no other information. Why the individual offices don't have their own numbers is beyond me. I took these two red flags as suggesting a shady practice, and scheduled with a different opththalmologst!

I have been very uncomfortable since the surgery and finally had another doctor look at it (actually ended up with 3 looking and all agreed). My first surgery at this "Institute" removed too much of my eyelid which now does not allow me to properly close my eyes. I am now scheduled at the hospital to have a skin graft put on my eyelids so I can be comfortable. I highly suggest you don't use this group.
