This review is for the two week accelerated Broker course…read more Bottom line, this course will prepare you for the state exam. It's my feeling this course is probably the best bet if you are serious about taking the state exam quickly and passing on your first attempt. The course is entirely worth the price point. You get all of the study and learning materials you need will need. No need for an additional class or study program. My course was taught by Oliver. I will admit Olivers teaching style and my learning style did not mesh at first. The longer you're in the course, the more you understand his direct and no BS approach. You have a huge amount of information to cover and you have to do it on schedule. Theres no time for off topic questions or hypotheticals. You are there to learn the rules and laws surrounding Illinois Broker licensing, not developing sales techniques, or understanding the operations of a real estate company. My personal thoughts on getting the most out of this course: 1. Listen to every word the instructor says - There is a reason they are explaining things they way they are. 2. Attend every class - About halfway through the first week you'll ask yourself why you put yourself through this - push through! 3. Review each days material every night. - Practice those quizzes and exams that come with your book.

The first tutor she had wasn't a great match from a personality standpoint and after a few sessions, I requested a new tutor. It was absolutely not a problem. Luke was the new tutor. He is so smart, kind, responsible and has engaged our daughter since day 1. She really enjoys working with him and as a mom, I couldn't ask for more. It is now sophomore year and he's still coming to the house once or twice a week to help with math and science. It has been excellent experience in every respect. I highly recommend Nurturing Wisdom if your child needs academic tutoring.

Great local driving school!…read more A close friend of mine took lessons through DRIVEx and said nothing but good things. The instructor was super calm and knew exactly how to help with road test nerves. They were based in Westmont but worked around the Chicago suburbs too -- super convenient. If you're near Downers Grove or Oak Brook and need a driving instructor who's reliable and easy to work with, definitely check them out. My friend passed their test right after finishing lessons here!

Their phone number does not work when call it multiple times and their email seems shady in not responding to my messages. I do not trust such a business that does not reply or when they do, it does not pertain to the needs of the communication. I am not recommending this company due to my personal negative experience with it. 1 star because that is the lowest I could give this business in order to post my review.

IMPORTANT EDIT: I've attempted to share my experience with this business by reviewing them on…read moreFacebook, not once, but twice. Both reviews have been deleted In the span of 24 hours. I've done the research, it's impossible to delete a Facebook review. I have no idea how they did it, but either way, my voice is being suppressed/silenced. This is unacceptable, and frankly, dangerous. **** A rep from Andy's Hub contacted me via Facebook messenger offering me $17 hourly for 4 students in an eLearning pod. I assume this individual was reaching out in response to an ad I posted in several Facebook networking groups which clearly listed my rates beginning at $30 hourly for eLearning support. Professionals supporting children with eLearning should expect to earn $10-20 per hour, *per child*. These nannies/caregivers typically earn $20+ hourly working with *one* child from *one* family, for childcare-only related tasks. eLearning support is HARD WORK, and should be compensated as such. If you check their website, (please see attached screenshot for reference) for rates, you'll see they charge families $40 hourly, *per child* for "group academic support". So, does that mean Andy's Hub is pocketing $143/per hour (with a 4 hour minimum!!) for groups of 4 students eLearning, and paying the eLearning assistant $17/hour? This organization is a detriment to the professional nanny/caregiver industry. While candidates can certainly decline to work with Andy's Hub, their practices are setting unreasonable compensation expectations for clients, which in turn tanks market rates for experienced professionals in the industry. In this extreme time of volatility and need, Andy's Hub is clearly taking advantage of unprecedented circumstances by undercutting caregivers of well-deserved market rates, and taking advantage of families by severely padding service provider rates, for their own bottom line. Gross.

It took me a minute to write this review, but after careful thought I decided to help out anyone…read morewho might be considering care for their child. My daughter was enrolled here through COVID and looking back on our time here, I realize it was a mistake. My daughter was 2 at the time and would come home saying things like "shut your mouth." There was also an incident where she came home with a bite mark on her arm, and when I asked her teacher (who I believe no longer works there) she stated that they had to stop her biting herself. Later came to the conclusion, it was a child who's grandmother worked at the center that she was covering for her. They always had her (the little girl who was biting) sitting in a high chair in the mornings to avoid interaction with other kids. Anyways, although my review is a bit dated, I would advise others to think twice about enrolling their children in this center. As a mom, who now has my second child enrolled in another center, I regret choosing Little Magnolias. Originally, I was impressed with how the center looked and how clean and colorful it seemed, but the staff is not who I would choose to care for any child.
