I was in pain for months and decided to go find a chiropractor to see if anyone could help me manage it. After seeing a few others I decided on Sycamore Chiropractic and Dr John Clark. He identified my trouble spots and educated me on what he was doing and why. I'm about two months in and I feel way better. I'm more stable and have less pain enough to do things I was cautious of in the past. read more

Dr. Clark is really nice, and friendly. He wants to get to know your history, so that he can really help you. Instead of surgery the practice is about moving your body in ways that help unlock tightness. I have a bulging disc, and went from nearly immobile (leaning sideways to take the pressure off) to feeling back to normal, and slowly feeling stronger with my weight training. I needed a few modifications. I now have a standing desk setup, and I don't sit for long periods of time. I do my back exercises everyday, so I can stay mobile. As soon as he recommended active stretches I knew I came to the right place. read more

Very easy to make an appointment. Dr Clark is wonderful and very knowledgeable about his craft

Fixed my back in one visit. I went in a crazy ammout of pain. Could not even get out of bed that morning. My wife took me in and as soon as the doctor looked at me, he knew what was wrong. He said you back upper left side is hurting and cant turn you head to the right. Mind blown... that was exactly what i was feeling. I had not even told him my problem. Next he told me to have a seat and he will get me fixed up. Dr. Clark made a few ajustments and sent me home to rest and ice the location for 20 minutes a few times that day. By the end of the day the muscle tension was gone, the next morning i woke up with no sign of pain and had full motion back. Thank you Dr Clark. read more

Sycamore Chiropractic Center - Chiropractors Near Me - Vista, California

I just had my first appointment at 4:00pm today. I stopped by a couple of of weeks ago to pick up some new patient forms because I was referred by a coworker. Kara (if I remember her name) gave the break down about the prices and took a copy of my insurance card in preparation for today's appointment so I wouldn't have to fill it out on my first day. Like Kara I was greeted with a smile and hello by both Jessica and Leah (the massage therapist). One hour professional massage and adjustment were the first ones I had in about four years. It was great (especially after running the Carlsbad 5000). Leah really loosened me up and did a great job with her massage, and zeroed in on a couple of areas where I had an old baseball injury and my shoulder. The adjustment I had with Dr. Clark...... talk about "snap crackle and pop". I was really bent out of shape, but after the adjustment I felt a lot better, and was also given a little education in the room about the spine and nerves with the charts in the office. I look forward to return and definitely before the Strawberry run Memorial Day Weekend. Liking their facebook page and sharing on mine for those who need an adjustment. read more

When I chosen to go to chiropractor I did not know what to expect. I was suffering from neck and mid back pain due to work from siting in the same position for many hours. This by far has been the best decision I could have made. Just after few sessions I immediately started to feel result. Now I feel great. Staff are also super friendly and you feel comfortable being there. Another unique feature that they have is there a message therapist right next door. Overall this has been an amazing experience and I would recommend anyone to come here. read more

I have never met a more amazing Chiropractor ever! Many years ago, my mom suffered a horrible car accident where she fractured her back in 2 places. She was unable to walk or sit up on her own. She was scared of treatment because of all the pain she was in. Dr. Clark was amazing. He worked with my mom and very gently eased her through recovery. It's been about 4 years now and my mom functions as if the accident never happened. We hold Dr. Clark completely responsible for aiding in my mom's healing and recovery, which has allowed her to carry on a healthy active life at 69years young. Many people have reservations regarding visiting a Chiropractor. If you're unsure about receiving chiropractic care... fear no more. This is the doctor for you. I also have a 13year old daughter that suffers with back pain from playing sports and such. I recently took her in to see Dr. Clark also, and she's been singing his praises ever since. He was very calm with her and put her fears at ease also by educating her on everything he was doing to her and why. This is really a one stop shop. He has a staff of licensed massage therapists that are always available to work those tired muscles and get out all the kinks prior to an adjustment or just because. If you're in need of a great Chiropractor... look no more. Your search has ended!!! read more

I'm not sure if you can update a review but it's well worth a try. After spending the last 3 days driving from one of my doctor appointments to the next I finally crashed landed...in pain and tears. One phone call and one hour later I was in Dr. Clark's office, with him doing one of things he does so well, helping people manage their pain. Dr. Clark is not only very skilled in his profession, his kindness and caring manner are so unique nowadays. One of the words I heard him say as I left... "ICE!" What a gem! read more

I love this chiropractic practice! I came here in a pinch- literally. I had pinched nerves and I was in a lot of pain. I felt heard and supported by John and his wife. They offer ultrasound therapy, which I have found tremendously helpful. I was supplied with a lot of important information, to ensure I knew how to reduce the likelihood of my pain recurring. The care I receive here is thoughtful, effective, and genuine. 10/10 would recommend! read more

I am so glad I decided to go in and see Dr. Clark. I suffered a back injury in June 2016 and was in a brace plus I had physical therapy for months. Once the physical therapy ran out I didn't have any resource available to me to help alleviate my pain. I've been seeing Dr. Clark for the last three weeks and I have to tell you how much I appreciate the gift this man is been given. He has helped me gain mobility in my back, neck, and hip in ways that I have not been able to move in over a year. Thank you so much Dr Clark!! read more

My back had been hurting for two weeks straight. I was a big skeptic when it came to benefits of chiropractic services but Dr. Clark totally changed my opinion by quickly fixing my issue. Very nice person and great staff. Would recommend to anyone! read more

Waste of my time and money. Horrible service, the receptionist does not know how to schedule you an appointment. You make an appointment and the day of it they tell you that there is no appointment made for you. Do not buy there gift certificates. They will make sure you do not get the service you paid for. Very bad business. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The owner himself is very unprofessional. They do not care about you. read more

Dr. Clark and staff are professional, courteous and all together good people. He has helped with my chronic pain after several injuries. I've been to many chiropractors and he is by far the best one. Dr. Clarks and his staff are awesome. Very considerate, helpful and beaming personalities. I saw Dr.Clark after a bad car accident that left me with a lot of headaches, shoulder and hip pain. After seeing a physical therapist for a while, Dr. Clark was able to get rid of the rest of the pain that the physical therapist wasn't able to. After a long car trip back from Vegas, my left side went number, and the Urgent care doctors were convinced it was a stroke, but after MRI's found nothing, Dr. Clark found a pinched nerve and it solved my problems. LOVE this team! I've only been to a Chiropractor once before and had a bad experience. My husband insisted I try again with a new Dr. Dr. Clarke listened to my concerns, reviewed by area of complaint and determined that I had a pinched nerve in my neck due to posture at the office. He established a plan to get me straightened out and suggested home and desk exercises to strengthen my neck muscles. In 3 weeks of therapy I have no more pain! Now I keep my exercises up and go in periodically for adjustments and I'll stay pain free. He is caring, patient and aware of personal space issues. I'll keep going back for sure. read more

I have experienced Vertigo for the last 15+ years. My family doctor, as well as an ENT doctor, informed me there is not much you can do to prevent it. Because of the constant dizziness, I was not turning my head but turning my whole body, which eventually led to a very stiff neck, so much so that I could not turn my head properly when driving. It was becoming scary. Physical therapy did not help either. The doctor suggested that I buy a big bottle of Ibuprofen and learn to deal with it. I then went to Dr. Clark, who had been referred to me by a friend. Dr. Clark got my neck loosened up in a few sessions and then started to treat my vertigo. It was not easy because of the nausea during treatments, but it was well worth it! My vertigo is practically gone for now and I can turn my head quickly, participate in Jazzercise, and enjoy gardening and looking up in the trees again. Now I go to Dr. Clark on a monthly, preventative basis and he keeps me balanced. Thank you Dr. Clark! The staff is friendly and efficient and the facility is professional and very clean. I always recommend Sycamore Chiropractic to my friends and family. read more

Needed a new chiropractor since my last one moved. Found Sycamore Chiropractic listed on my insurance website. Called to make an appointment and was told that it is $100 for the first visit, and $15 for each additional visit, which is in addition to my insurance co-pay. Sorry, but what is the point of the insurance if I am being billed extra on top of it? Off to look for another place to call. read more

Dr Clark has been a great help for me whenever I have had any flare ups over the past 6 years. I have been using chiropractic for over 30 years and Dr Clark is the best that I have used. He spends a lot more time with the patients than I ever experienced with previous chiropractors.I have never been pressured to buy a package or feel that I am being sold something that I don't need as some chiropractors did in the past. His office is a fun and personable place. If you are hurting I believe that Dr Clark can help like he helps me. read more

I went to see Dr. Clark for my first visit today. Thankfully I got in for an appointment 1 hour after I called on a Saturday! Awesome they are open on Saturday. Dr. Clark is very knowledgable and had great bed side manner. He made me feel very comfortable and helped me with ways to figure out how to manage my pain. I have another appointment with him next week and I can't wait to see what else he can do to help me. He did ultrasound on my knee to help the swelling, put on a type of menthol cream to heat up the area as well as massaged my knee to get the blood circulating, and adjusted my back and neck which really helped me. He also recommended me getting inserts for my shoes since he took one look at my feet and said that when I walk I pronate which causes stress on my knee and other parts of my body. The inserts will be fitted and fit right to my foot to correct my walking issues. All in all GREAT chiropractor and the girl at the front desk was very kind, personable and also very knowledgable. Thank you both for the great visit today! read more

I have been going to Sycamore Chiropractic for over 6 years now! Dr. Clark has helped relieve my tension headache and migraines by correcting the alignment of my neck and back. I spend a lot of time on the computer and I can get easily out of alignment. I always feel so much better after I come in for a major adjustment or a tune up. I have tried everything, including accupcunture and yoga, although I need regular adjustments to help me stay feeling good. This is the first review I have ever written. I just had to take the time to tell how terrific my experience at Sycamore Chiropractic was with Dr. Clark. When I woke up in the morning, I was in such pain in my butt muscle all the way down my leg that I could barely get out of bed and walk down the hall to take the dog out. The pain continued until 11 am every day and then slowly went away. It would always come back about 5 pm which made it really hard to sleep. My wife urged me to see a Chiropractor and after reading the reviews of Sycamore Chiropractic, i came to see Dr. Clark. He really listened to my concerns. Dr. Clark adjusted me 5 times and gave me some exercises to do. The evening after the fifth adjustment I went to bed, and when I woke up, I had absolutely no pain. It was like a miracle had happened. Thank you Dr. Clark. I thought the pain was never going away. It's so nice to be back to normal. read more

Exceptional treatment, professionalism and care for the patients from Dr Clark and his wonderful staff! Dr Clark is the first chiropractor I can really trust. Since sciatica hit me when 8 months pregnant with my second child and experiencing SPD, I couldn't walk and lift things without having accute pain with every single step. I had to take care of myself to be able to look after my two little girls. I had achieved some level of improvement before meeting Dr Clark but it was only after his treatment that my long and persistent discomforts and pains have gone. I was really lucky to find him, since I was giving up hope that my body will function normally again. The preciseness of his diagnostics along with the best prescribed measures to address my condition was astounding. I wouldn't recover so well, if it wasn't for Karen, too. She is a very talented massuse who works with Dr Clark. With her healing hands and great respect for people in pain she was a great support in my healing jurney. So so very grateful to both of them! read more
