Upon picking it up owner Bill advised rotation not needed and all else was done. He was able to plug the tire while still on the wheel. He informed us of a lug lock on each wheel and couldn't find the lug key. He explained the issue thoroughly as we were unaware of the lug locks, and suggested we start with the dealer since we didn't have a lug key. He also told us that he was available should we subsequently need him. Daughter had to return to MD Sunday, and is resolving the issue there hopefully. If not we'll be back to Joe's. Thanks Bill !!

We were also charged an additional 3% fee for using a debit card. My SUV was less. We won't be returning. After making several calls I should have made prior, we were definitely overcharged.

I ask them to fix my brakes and when I got my car back, my transmission was broken. I never had a problem with it for 2 years until I brought it there. I'm sure my transmission was original because then if I went back and complained, their reason would be, "it's old, it's time to replace it" Like $1400 isnt enough for them to scam me. To get a transmission swapped, means I have to pay around $2000. Yeah maybe I need that money for food? Maybe visit my family who I havent seen in 3 years.
