Wow. I was so impressed with Swisstrax. My wife actually found out about your company on line and mentioned I should look into it, as we were talking about a redo in our garage and looking at various products for the flooring. Like most, I was a little unsure but the idea that all the dirt and debris falls down below the tiles so you don't see it and then you can clean the floor at a later time with either a blower or hose was a big factor. I contacted Chris to see if he could send me a few samples. He got those out to me really fast and was always available to answer any questions I had. I contacted him a few times over the weekend and he responded right away, even while he was at a family get together. Amazing service. I could tell Chris really cared about my business and my project. He took time to recalculate my measurements and we got the order placed very easily on line. Laying down the tiles was a breeze, I even had a beer while I was doing it. Cutting with a jigsaw was so much easier than I thought it would be. Most of my concern when I was measuring for my tiles was how much would I have to cut and how to prevent that. But after cutting a few tiles I realized that this is so easy why was I ever concerned with that. I have included my before and after pics. I called and got a sample tile from a few brands of flooring and this is the Best by Far!! More secure connectors and a solid feel. Once I decided on the Ribtrax style, the Floor Design tool online was easy to use. I called in and started my order process and they made sure I had everything needed including the edge pieces. The installation took me about 3 hours including trimming the tiles for a perfect fit. Experience has been amazing with this flooring! Does not get slick when wet and does not peel up on hot tires like Stains and Epoxy. When wet, the water and dirt falls under the ribs and keep us from tracking it into the house. Just blow out the garage with a leaf blower. Always looks Great! read more

A very poor customer service company (watch out for Chris Cellini) that can't make a deal with a customer. They try to nitpick you about taxes and shipping, promise you free edges, but not too many. They say "I'll match the other company's offer" one day, and "sorry, my VP did not approve such a transaction" the next day. Make up your mind guys. Are you in or are you out? It appears a normal courteous method of doing business escape's this company. I called for an estimate for flooring. A date and exact time was scheduled for someone to come out and give an estimate. On the day of the appointment I received a call from the estimator asking If I could meet at the property 3 hours on a Saturday earlier then then appointed time. When I said no and asked why the agreed upon time wasn't available, I was told he couldn't wait until the appointed time. He then asked me " Do you really need the estimate, that day" ? The lack of consideration and professionalism is of great concern here. I will buy my flooring for someone who understands proper business etiquette read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. I dealt with US Regional Manager Danny Verdugo after submitting my estimate request using the website estimator and design tool. (which is also awesome, intuitive, and easy to use) I used what I later learned was an expired discount code, but was given the discount anyway. Additionally, I needed a specific day for shipping and this was handled with no issue, with my boxes of product arriving on exactly the date requested. Later during the install process, I needed some different style trim product and clips to attach trim that I had not anticipated prior to purchase. Mr. Verdugo answered questions about my needs, and shipped what was required to me for no additional charge. Having said all this, I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the product (Ribtrax) itself. It was easy to install, and took myself and 1 friend about 5 hours to do an oversized 3 car garage, including moving several work benches and shelving units, and trimming around a 4 post lift. And I ended up with just the right amount of extra tiles for later needs, considering the trimming and overall ordering estimate. It looks so much better than the epoxy floor I previously had, and will clearly be more durable. And if something unforeseen occurs resulting in damage, I'll just use the leftover tiles for replacement. I wish every company could operate like this. I feel like every penny I spent was totally worthwhile, and that they really valued my business. I've told every gear-head friend I have to get this product, and I hope every reader of this review does so as well. You will not be disappointed!! We discovered Swisstrax from a billboard on the 10 Freeway going west from Indio towards Palm Springs. We called them when we got home. We talked to a sales rep, Jacob Crawford, who has been terrific from the start! He is very courteous and professional and had no trouble answering all of my questions. We purchased their standard Ribtrax product. We got them installed today on our garage floor, only four days after discovering them from that billboard! The installer, Kenny, works independent of Swisstrax but has a lot of experience installing them. He did a terrific job on this. Unless someone is really good at installing this kind of product I would highly suggest they have a professional like Kenny do the job. Our garage floor looks SO much better than before! One suggestion I would have for any future customer is to make sure, if they have one, that their side door has enough clearance for the modular tiles which are about 3/4 inch thick. My wife and I didn't consider this but fortunately there was enough clearance on our side door. My wife and I highly recommend this very reputable company. If possible I would also ask for Jacob Crawford because we know he's a terrific salesman. read more
