I coordinated everything with Nirav ji over the phone. He sent me detailed pictures of the décor, food menu, and other arrangements, and I just trusted him with everything. On the day of the party, I literally walked in like any other guest and enjoyed the evening. Nirav ji and his team took care of everything, and honestly, it turned out even better than I expected! The décor looked beautiful, the food was great, and everything was taken care of so smoothly. I really appreciate how easy Nirav ji made the whole process for me, especially with a surprise birthday party where there was already so much to plan. Thank you, Nirav ji, and the entire Oasis Palace team for making the celebration so special. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the venue!

Neerev Ji was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. He assisted us with the stage backdrop and floral arrangements, helped us select the menu, and made the entire venue-booking and planning experience completely seamless. The overall arrangements were beautiful, well organized, and exactly what we had hoped for. Most importantly, our guests loved the venue, food, and arrangements and gave us wonderful feedback throughout the event. A big thank you to Neerav Ji and the entire Oasis Palace team for helping make such a special occasion memorable for our family. We highly recommend Oasis Palace for anyone looking to host a graduation, wedding, or special celebration!

The actual building itself is a bit old, but you cannot beat the location. You open the patio doors and see the lake right in front of you. The building has chairs and tables provided. There are two restrooms (women's and men's) and a kitchen to prepare or store food. I love the fact that you can utilize both the inside are to store food and have places to sit and the outside area for games or just to enjoy the nice view and sun. Clean up - they require all trash and recycling to be removed and for the floors to be swept clean before you can leave. Parking: can get pretty tight. If you have an event - highly recommend to make it at 12 or earlier to help your guests get priority on parking spots.

Cons: - building is quite old - parking lot can get packed by lunch time Other notes: - allow ample time for set up; the tables and chairs are not set up for you - soap and toilet paper is provided in the bathrooms; dishwashing liquid and surface cleaners however, are not...so bring your own - mops and brooms are located in the supply cabinet by the restrooms - you can serve beer, wine and champagne for a maximum of 4 hours Would book this again!

Probably at least 100 can be filled up. It's pretty much clean here and the staff seem to be taking care of this building. Restrooms inside are super clean, well maintained, and upgraded. High ceilings. Must love the space. There are plenty of free public parking spaces all around the area/on streets/parking lots. Yes, there are also homeless folks living nearby these nicer modern buildings and newer apartments in the neighborhood. Event space is ideal with kitchen and rooms to choose from for private event sessions. Beautiful landscape outside. You can also walk down the block to a Korean food hall place near other community restaurants. Not far from Mega Mart and smaller retail stores. Government offices and medical offices are walkable distance to/from the event center. City did a great job beautifying downtown Fremont area. Lots of potentials here. There's usually a few staffs working inside. The larger room with stage setting can host large wedding parties too. Looks and feels great being inside. Nice.

I primarily stayed at this hotel because of attending the Usher & Chris Brown concert (R&B Tour) on Tuesday, 09/01/26, and this property was only a 20-30 minute drive from the Levi Stadium! The hotel was peaceful, clean, and provided a lot of great positives: - Complimentary self-parking - Free breakfast: Cheese omelets, waffles, sausages, fresh fruit, potatoes, yogurt, granola, bagels, bread, muffins, cereal, milk, coffee, juices (especially the passion orange guava juice; delicious) - Beautiful chandelier in hotel lobby - Offering of a mini market with snacks/sundries sold - Room was spacious and spotless - Room rate: Approx. $145 per night (including tax) - The check-in process was smooth and easy - Convenience/location: restaurants/businesses in the same parking lot + directly across the street and NewPark shopping mall was a short drive I'd totally return to stay at this Wyndham location, as it met expectations.

The elevator was also out of service for TWO DAYS and I just had a knee replacement. When checking out I asked the front desk to help with our heavy large luggage as we were on the 3rd floor and all she said was "Elevators are still down." She didn't offer to help or call someone to help. Not even an apology. I basically threw my 50 lb luggage down the stairs to get to the first floor as I just had surgery. Worst place everrrrr

I stopped by one morning and Marisa at the front office helped me with a few items, from giving me the tour to guiding me through the rental process and she was very friendly! The center itself is humble, so not really for a wedding or anything fancy but great for baby shower/birthday parties etc. It has plenty of parking and they only rent out to one party a day so no one else is in the center except you and your guests. You are not allowed to hang/tape anything on the walls so you have to get really creative with your decorations. Our fiesta themed party turned out great and some of my family stayed behind to help clean up which made everything go faster so we were out of the center on time. I forgot the man's name who opened/closed the hall for us on the day of but he was really helpful and showed us where things went. I would rent this place out again for future parties. If you want pricing without stopping by, just go to the Fremont city website and click on any of the Fremont community centers and there will be a PDF with pricing/rules etc.
