I reluctantly started a kitchen remodel because it felt so overwhelming on where to start, but I…read moredid so because my wife had been asking me for a new kitchen for a couple of years now. From the first conversation with Rick Chao about my budget, my concerns and my wife's wish list, I felt more at ease. Rick went over our options with us, the various features and quality and helped my wife and I agree on a kitchen that we would both be happy with. I really appreciated the level of professionalism that Rick brought to the table, there were no surprise cost, the installation was impeccable and even though the install was completed 1 day late, Rick was proactive and contacted me prior to the deadline to let me know there was an issue with a delivery hence the delay. Rick is going to be my go-to cabinet guy for Arizona!

Right Choice was recommended by my builder. Unbeknown to me as to why, besides prior experience…read more Now granted, Rick Chao himself, installed my cabinets and for the majority of the work he addressed most of my concerns. However, I wish he would have designed our cabinets. Upon taking delivery and initial install, the builder specifically spelled out on the floor the appropriate dimensions for the bathroom vanities and ended up being oversized and had to remove and receive some sort of credit (still wondering how my handles supposedly offset that), but my primary gripe with this whole endeavor is that I feel my cabinets were unfinished. Excuse I received was that the proposal they put together was for a 2cm countertop (which they did not receive the bid) and I ended up going with a 3 cm countertop and they said that because the cabinets were designed with a 2 cm that the plywood ended up not being finished due to raising the countertop. Now, in my entire experience of constructing a new home; it is evident to me that there is no accountability for any of the subcontractors I've dealt with. Hence, I'm struggling to recommend these folks yet I'll still give them a decent review because they appropriately know how to charge and not back up the 'white glove' delivery per their bid. Rick is an awesome guy; but felt like he was trying to convince me to not patch the exposed OSB to not make it look like it was a cabinet issue but more of a countertop issue. So buyer beware of their lack of accountability. It was proposed that I should quote a stainless steel finish to make it look the countertop guys screwed up.

A friend recommended Paseim Carpentry for the job and we couldn't be more pleased with the job Pedro did. He disassembled the cabinetry and took the doors and drawers to his shop to refinish. The rest of the job was done onsite. He came everyday, worked for hours and produced as little mess as possible while doing a job that is inherently messy and dusty. Pedro is the consummate carpenter. He is particular about his work and the results are stunning. We also had him refinish our front door which is carved. The door had been neglected and was in rough shape but it now looks brand new. Hire Paseim Carpentry. You will be happy you did. Not only will you love Pedro's work, you will love Pedro. The quality of his work was excellent. We had Donald and his crew come and install Kitchen Cabinets we purchased from Window Depot. Donald showed up on the agreed date and installed in a single day. We have an old house(built in 1954) with uneven floors, walls, and ceilings. Donald was able to make everything look level and plumb. There were small details he got to look very good. For example my ceiling slopes. Donald matched the slope of the ceiling when installing crown molding. It is a simple thing, but most would just leave the cabinet top open I think. I have had MULTIPLE people point out that detail and remark how cool it was he did that. I totally recommend both Donald for your cabinet installing needs.
